El efecto técnico asociado a esta diferencia es que el marcado de la arqueta es de este modo más seguro evitando la sustracción de la etiqueta y con ello la imposibilidad de identificación de dicha arqueta. Sin embargo esta diferencia así como el efecto técnico asociado se encuentra recogido en el documento D02. En este documento se divulga un sistema de marcado de arquetas mediante etiquetas (200) que se sitúan en el marco (113) de dicha arqueta. En relación al contenido de las reivindicaciones 4-11, 13-14, que hacen referencia al material de construcción de la etiqueta, la forma de unión de la etiqueta a la arqueta y el sistema de grabado de la información en la etiqueta, este es sobradamente conocido en el estado de la técnica pertinente y se encuentra carente de actividad inventiva. Para un experto en la materia resultaría evidente la combinación de estos dos documentos D01 y D02, resultando a la vista de dicha combinación que las reivindicaciones 1-18 carecen de actividad inventiva. El documento D02 divulga un sistema de marcado de arquetas de servicio para su localización e identificación que comprende una etiqueta (200) que contiene la información de la identificación de la arqueta y está unida de manera permanente al marco (113) de la arqueta mediante su introducción en una cavidad (114) formada en el mismo y su posterior sellado, un dispositivo portátil (300) apto para la lectura de la información contenida en la etiqueta y un servidor principal (14) of the identification of the box, a portable device (20) suitable for reading the information contained in the label, for its spatial positioning by GPS and for the archiving of said information and its spatial position and a central server (16) to receive the information and the spatial position and archive it. For a person skilled in the art, the combination of these two documents D01 and D02 would be evident, being visible of said combination that claims 1-18 lack inventive activity. Document D02 discloses a service box marking system for its location and identification that it comprises a tag (200) that contains the identification information of the cassette and is attached so permanent to the frame (113) of the case by its introduction into a cavity (114) formed therein and its posterior sealed, a portable device (300) suitable for reading the information contained in the label and a main server (500) apto para recibir la información y archivarla (resumen WPI y figuras 1-2). En vista de este documento D03 la reivindicación 1 carece de actividad inventiva. Los documentos D04 y D05 son reflejos del estado de la técnica de cara a las reivindicaciones 1-18.
