Abstract

Dispositivo y procedimiento para encendido a distancia en soldadura aluminotérmica. Permite emplear energía muy reducida y un dispositivo fácilmente transportable. Comprende: a) un elemento de ignición (1) consumible con un hilo resistivo (13) para calentarse al paso de corriente eléctrica y provocar encendido remoto; b) un elemento intermedio (2) reutilizable, dotado de medios de encaje para conectarse eléctricamente con el elemento de ignición (1); c) una carcasa (4) portátil para alojar una fuente de alimentación (42) portátil, y d) un conmutador (6) de encendido alojado en la carcasa (4), con un pulsador (62) para activar la fuente de alimentación (42), así como un primer testigo (63) adaptado para iluminarse si la fuente de alimentación (42) está disponible y un segundo testigo (64) adaptado para iluminarse si el contacto entre las primeras pistas (12) y las segundas pistas (23) es correcto.
