Abstract

Caja de embalaje que comprende 3 partes fundamentales, los paneles de cerramiento (Figura 1), los perfiles estructurales extrusionados o aristas (Figura 2) y los vértices o nudos de acople (Figura 3). La pieza del nudo de acople realizada en aluminio inyectado y mecanizado presenta en una sola pieza distintos subsistemas (Figura 4) que le dotan de múltiples funciones gracias a su particular geometría: las guías posibilitan su inserción machihembrada de los perfiles extrusionados y su anclaje mediante tornillos mecánicos. Sitúa y posiciona los paneles de cerramiento para cerrar la caja en sus tres dimensiones. Permite utilización de ruedas y tacos de apoyo y frenado. Aloja sistemas de seguridad. Permite la sujeción y estiba de los embalajes en su transporte.
