Abstract

Reactor de compostaje a escala piloto, sistema que comprende al menos un reactor de compostaje a escala piloto y procedimiento de optimización del compostaje. La presente invención se refiere a un reactor de compostaje a escala piloto que permite simular el proceso que tiene lugar en las plantas industriales, hallando el valor óptimo de todas las variables que influyen en el proceso de compostaje, tanto las relacionadas directamente con el desarrollo de la reacción de degradación biológica de la materia prima orgánica y el crecimiento de los microorganismos encargados de llevar a cabo dicha reacción, como las condiciones físicas que limitan la velocidad de la reacción, puesto que evitan la correcta difusión de los reactivos o los productos y de esa manera provocan heterogeneidad en el seno de la masa reaccionante, todo ello para llevar a cabo una optimización del proceso de compostaje a nivel industrial en centros de tratamiento de residuos.Pilot scale composting reactor, a system comprising at least one pilot scale composting reactor and composting optimization procedure.
