Abstract

Tabiques termo-aislantes: formados por unión de dos paneles rígidos de poliestireno expandido (3, 5) de alta densidad, unidos entre sí mediante un adhesivo monocomponente cementoso y reforzados con una malla gruesa (4). Sobre las dos caras exteriores que conforman el tabique, colocamos una malla textil fina (2) y (6) para conferirle solidez y se aplica el adhesivo monocomponente cementoso (1) y (7), con lo que queda totalmente aislada del exterior, da consistencia al conjunto y acabado visual óptimo al estar perfectamente aplacada la superficie externa. Dado que las planchas están machihembradas, el ensamblaje entre las mismas conforma estructura rígida que forma el tabique. La unión entre las planchas machihembradas entre sí, se realiza utilizando el adhesivo monocomponente cementoso. Su espesor y dureza confiere una solidez al conjunto que no tiene ningún material actual en el mercado, sin contar con las excepcionales propiedades del producto como aislante térmico y acústico.
