Abstract

Construcción modular y proceso de montaje. Comprende en principio una solera de hormigón (2) sobre la que se fija un bastidor estructural (1) que comprende unos pilares (3-3') provistos de unas canalizaciones longitudinales (4) donde se alojan los bordes verticales de unos tabiques compuestos por unos pares de paneles unidos mediante un acoplamiento machihembrado, tabiques que asientan sobre unos rastreles (18-18') fijados a la solera y los cuales ajustan por sus extremos en los tramos inferiores de las canalizaciones longitudinales (4) de los pilares citados (3-3'). Sobre la parte superior de los pilares (3-3') se fijan unas armaduras de techado (8) así como unas vigas horizontales (7), fijándose sobre las armaduras de techado (8) unos travesaños (10) donde asientan unos paneles de tejado. El proceso de montaje comienza montándose los rastreles y los pilares y tabiques siguiendo una determinada secuencia (pilar, panel, pilar ...), para después montar las armaduras de techado, vigas horizontales, travesaños y paneles de tejado.
