WASHING TRAIN OF SOLAR THERMO PLATES. The present invention relates to a washing train of the crystals that make up any type of thermo-solar installation, providing the novelty of guaranteeing the integrity of the installation not damaging it with chafing, collisions, trips or invasions of the carrier vehicle of the cleaning device. and sometimes the towing tank, by means of the following: Instead of cleaning from a vehicle, it is carried out from a carriage carrying the irrigation nozzle system that runs along a guide rail or rail, the water tank 10 being in one end of the rail and the water hose being picked up or extended by a spool. This novelty puts an end to the numerous accidents that occur in thermo-solar installations caused by cleaning vehicles, in addition to supposing a notable saving of water and personnel in comparison with the old methods of hand-cleaning by hose. 15 It has its field of application in the solar thermal energy industry and particularly in the auxiliary industry of the cleaning of solar thermal plates. Since the solar thermal installations are located outdoors, they are sensitive to the reception of dust and other substances that diminish the performance of the installation. Therefore, it is necessary to perform periodic cleaning of the reflecting surfaces to maintain the performance of the installation in satisfactory conditions.
That is why the present invention aims to increase the efficiency in the capture of sunlight and consequent performance of a field of thermo-solar plates arranged in rows, rationally mechanizing the cleaning phase, making it more stable, easy, safe and 5 of course, save your costs in the long term, developing an automatic, mechanical and controlled cleaning activity through a computer program that can be coupled to the control system of the solar thermal field. It also aims to control in an effective and practical way this cleaning system by investing the least possible time, using only the necessary resources, achieving the best optimization in the cleaning of the thermo-solar field, in the use of resources, lowering the economic costs and increasing the effectiveness of the cleaning system. But in addition to all the above, which undoubtedly also achieved in greater or lesser extent the known inventions related to the cleaning of these plates, the main advantage of this invention lies in the absence of accident risks and consequent safety for the thermo installation solar that this invention raises. In this sector of the art, those effective developments that are specifically dedicated to the function in question, that give rise to a system of simple installation, with low cost and technically appreciable results, prevail. The characteristics of the system proposed in this invention are perfectly adapted to this concept, offering the state of the
technique a novel, simple, simple and manufacturing execution and economic execution. Systems known to be in the state of the art that perform the same function as this invention, the cleaning of thermo solar plates, but none with the differential characteristics and advantages of this invention, as will be seen below. Thus, document ES 2 345 082 A 1 refers to a cleaning device for photovoltaic panels, which can also serve to clean solar thermal panels, for installation in a traction means, in concrete in a tractor vehicle or the like, structured in base to an articulated arm freely positionable on the photovoltaic modules of a power generating facility of this type, or on the solar thermal panels of a thermal installation, endowed at its free end with a projection bar equipped with a multiplicity of 15 cleaning spray nozzles for spraying onto the surface of the modules, the bar being able to adopt variable inclinations within a predetermined range of angular values, in order to adapt both to the inclinations of the photovoltaic modules and panels solar thermos of fixed installations, as at 20 variable inclinations of modules s that equip the followers. Since these photovoltaic or solar thermal installations are in most cases on rustic land, this invention differs from the one proposed here in that the tractor vehicle or similar in ..
the one who settles frequently faces situations in which the soil wetted by the cleaning water or by the falling rain turns into mud making it difficult to maneuver the vehicle between the rows of the facilities or in the laps to take the next row . Another disadvantage is that the proximity of the facilities to each other or the narrowness of the roads between rows or the obstacles for the vehicle that sometimes have the ramifications of the structures that support the facilities make it difficult for the tractor vehicle and the water tank to enter or the draw of obstacles or the change of direction, so that sometimes accidents, friction, breakages of costly and unpleasant consequences occur. With the present invention, accidents due to maneuvers of the vehicle are completely avoided, since the vehicle is replaced by a car that runs on a rail resulting in a safe and accident-free and break-free task. 15 2 316 317 A1 relates to a method for cleaning mirrors with a parabolic section of a thermo-solar plant formed in one or more rows, by which an apparatus or apparatus is moved along the length of each row of mirrors. carrier vehicle of the cleaning means, provided in a united or separate form of a tank of clean water 20 that projects pressurized water and brushes the surface of the mirrors. Like the previous one, this method, having an apparatus or vehicle to which a tank of clean water is attached or separated, faces the same inconveniences, since the terrain is irregular, the vehicle and in its case the
trailer tank can rub or trip or invade the elements of the solar thermal installation causing small, medium or significant damage, a circumstance that is impossible to be with the present invention in which there is no vehicle carrier cleaning means 5 or tank carrier of water and consequently there is no risk of accident. Likewise, document ES 1 070 268 U refers to a solar panel cleaning machine, of the type that is coupled by a frame to a self-propelled vehicle with the aforementioned drawbacks. 10 Also documents ES 1069495 U and ES 2350083 A1 refer to vehicles for cleaning solar collectors. Consequently, no system for cleaning solar thermal installations has been found in the state of the art, which have the advantage that their use does not damage the cleaned installation at all, thus guaranteeing its integrity. But another fundamental advantage of this system is that its operation, being programmable by electronic circuit, does not require the intervention of any operator, thus considerably reducing its operating costs. The present invention is constituted from an exempt and individual tubular structure, supported on the concrete piles of the thermo solar structure by means of mechanical fixation in such a way that said tubular structure runs through the row of thermo-mirrors ----- ----------------------
solar panels on the lower part of your forehead from one end to the other. On said tubular structure is attached by means of appropriate joining a rail that serves as a guide for the movement of a carriage provided with stainless steel wheels, carrier of a water collection pipe provided with irrigation nozzles, which leaves the head of the car and adopts the curvilinear shape of the thermo solar mirror to bring the nozzles closer to the best water projection distance. Advantageously, the closest approach is possible because the structure of the washing train object of the invention is fixed. 10 Two engines are located at each end of the guide rail. The one on the right unrolls and rolls a steel cable that is rolled and unrolled by the one on the left as the car moves to one side or the other on the rail. A third motor winds and unrolls the hose connecting the water tank and the pressure pump to the carriage 15 as it moves to the left or returns to the right. The water tank is located at one end of the road and contains demineralized water and treated to avoid traces of dirt in the solar thermal crystals. A programmable electronic circuit allows the start and stop of the cleaning system to be carried out in the programmed time intervals, in such a way that it is advantageously not necessary for any operator to operate, which
it has a very favorable effect on the profitability of this system compared to those known in the state of the art. For a better understanding of this specification, some drawings are attached which, by way of non-limiting example, describe a preferred embodiment of the invention: Figure 1.-Row of solar thermal plates. In said figures the following numbered elements are shown: 1.- Free-standing tubular structure 10 2.-Piles 3.-Thermo solar windrow structure 4.-Fixing means 5.-Row of thermo-solar mirrors 6.-Guide rail 15 7.-Trolley 8.-Stainless steel trolley wheels 9 .-Curvilinear water collection tube 10.-Spray nozzles 11.-Truck head 20 12.-Right motor 13.-Hose reel 14.-Water tank 15.-Water pressure pump
16.-Motor left 17.-Cable steel 18.-Cable reel. A preferred embodiment of the proposed invention is formed from the following elements: An exempt (1) and individual tubular structure, supported on the piles (2) of the thermo solar structure (3) by means of mechanical fixing means (4) in such a way that said tubular structure (1) runs through the row of thermo-solar mirrors (5) through the lower part of its front from one end to the other. On said tubular structure (1) a rail (6) which guides the displacement of a trolley (7) provided with wheels (8) made of stainless steel, carrier of a collector pipe, is fastened by means of appropriate joining means. water (9) provided with irrigation nozzles (10), which leaves the head of the car (11) and adopts the curvilinear shape of the solar thermal mirror to bring the 15 nozzles (10) closer to the best distance of water projection. Two motors are one at each end of the guide rail (6). The motor on the right (12) unwinds and reels the hose that connects the water tank (14) and the pressure pump (15) to the trolley (7) as it moves to the left or returns to the right. The motor on the left 20 (16) connects to the carriage (7) by means of a steel cable (17) of 3 to 4 mm and activates the slide of the carriage (7) to the left or right as well as its braking, unwinding and rolling the cable (17) in cable reel
(18) The water tank (14) is located at the right end of the road (6).
