Constituida por un compresor (2) que a través de la correspondiente válvula de retención (3), electroválvula (4) y presostato (5), inyecta aire al depósito de presión (1), estando la electroválvula (4) alimentada eléctricamente mediante un transformador (11) y conectada con una varilla sonda (13) montada interiormente en el depósito y a través de una "cruz hueca" (9) de conexión, por donde, además, entra el aire al depósito de presión. Cuando el nivel de agua alcanza la varilla, se activa la electroválvula y se inicia la inyección de aire al depósito. Se consigue de esta manera mantener el volumen y presión de aire en el depósito de impulsión de agua, con el fin de conseguir una reducción en el número de arranques del correspondiente motor-bomba de impulsión.Installation for air injection in water supply tanks.
