Abstract

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a bottle, the purpose of which is to constitute a means for taking food by infants, basically comprising a fragmented vessel or vessel in two bodies tightly coupled to each other, with the conventional top mounting ring for the corresponding nipple.

The object of the invention is to achieve a bottle of easy cleaning and whose capacity can be increased

or be reduced at the will of the user, without more than putting or removing complementary bodies or modules that are mounted on the two basic constituent bodies of the bottle.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

As is known, a bottle is generally constituted by a container or vessel, normally transparent, which is finished off in a threaded neck of notable diameter to which the retaining ring for the respective nipple is threaded, so that the ring has a "L" section, the inner side of the major or vertical wing of the "L" presenting the thread of said ring, while the minor and horizontal branch of said ring constitutes the support of the flange of the nipple against the neck of the vessel or container, all in such a way that the nipple emerges through the hoop.

As is evident, newborns require minimal doses of food, logically increasing the dose as the size of the baby increases. In this sense, a newborn needs a very small bottle with a minimum capacity, while when he is older he may require a bottle with a capacity several times greater.

To date, when a child is born parents acquire small bottles, and these are being replaced by larger ones until reaching the maximum size, which is a significant impact at the cost level, because in the development of a baby You need to purchase four or five different bottles.

On the other hand, as the size of the baby increases, the difficulty in cleaning also increases, since due to its depth and although a cleaning is carried out with the classic helical brushes, however the cleaning is not the optimum that It would be desirable.

In addition, the difficulty of cleaning contributes to the fact that in the space between the hole of the retention ring through which the teat is introduced and it is filled with dirt with the consequent risk of being ingested by the user. Although the ring and teat are removable from each other, it is usual that in the washing of the same, this disassembly is not done due to the difficulty of decoupling the teat from the ring whose threaded area prevents direct removal of the nipple.

To solve the disadvantages of the aforementioned state of the art, the following bottle of easy cleaning and variable capacity with several modules or bodies is proposed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is established and characterized in the independent claims, while the dependent claims describe other features thereof.

Said invention relates to a bottle, of the type comprising a vessel provided at the level of its mouth with coupling means of a ring that is removably fixed on the mouth of the vessel for retention of a teat, in which said glass is constituted by two bodies coupled with removable character and in a watertight manner, in order to vary the dimensions of the glass as a whole and consequently the capacity of the bottle, determining the module parts.

In this way, as modules become available, the capacity of the bottle will increase.

cos since several different bottles are not needed throughout the feeding of a child, but with a single fragmented bottle in the corresponding modules, bottles of different sizes can be obtained.

On the other hand, since all the parts or elements that participate in the bottle are removable, the cleaning will be carried out easily, effectively and without the need even of the classic helical brush, but a cleaning can be carried out by means of a simple sponge, regardless of the capacity of the bottle since, as mentioned, it consists of several modules that can be disengaged from each other and can be cleaned independently of each one.

DETAILED EXHIBITION OF THE INVENTION

As can be seen in the aforementioned figures, the bottle of the invention is constituted by two bodies (1.1,1.2), as basic parts, provided with respective threads (1.1.1,1.2.1,1.2.2) for coupling with each other , constituting the container or vessel (1) of a bottle, this being complemented, as is conventional, with an upper ring (2) with thread (2.1), for coupling to the thread (1.2.2) of the body (1.2) in contact with a nipple (3), so that ring (2) constitutes the means for retaining said nipple (3) on the upper edge of the bottle (1) of the bottle.

That is, by coupling the bodies (1.1,1.2) together, with the ring (2) and the nipple (3), an embodiment of a bottle consisting of two modules is obtained.

The different couplings between the bodies (1.1,1.2) and the retention ring (2) of the nipple (3), are made tightly, using, for example, gaskets (4), although it could lead to make the sealing in the couplings without the need of said seals (4), but by means of a thread type whose passage is sufficient to guarantee the sealing.

Said gaskets (4) used are usually flat, as shown here, although they could be toric or otherwise.

From the bottle so far exposed, with a capacity of two modules, it can increase in height and therefore in capacity, without adding one or more complementary bodies (1.3), either between the bodies (1.1,1.2) or by addition on the body (1.2) closest to the ring (2).

The complementary bodies (1.3) are provided with an external thread (1.3.2) for coupling, either to another body (1.2) by means of its internal thread (1.2.1) in the case of an intermediate complementary body (1.3) between the existing bodies (1.1,1.2), or to the inner thread (2.1) of the ring (2) in the case of a complementary body (1.3) superior to it; and of an inner thread (1.3.1) for coupling to the outer thread (1.1.1) of another body (1.1) inferior to the complementary body (1.3).

In another embodiment of the nipple (3 ') the greater external surface thereof is flush with the greater external surface of the ring (2), thus preventing dirt from accumulating between the hole of the ring (2) and the teat (3 ') making it easier to clean it, which is where the user's mouth rests.

Claims (9)

1.- Bottle, of the type of those comprising a vessel (1) provided at the level of its mouth with coupling means (2) of a ring that is removably fixed on the mouthpiece of the vessel for the retention of a 5 nipple (3), characterized in that said vessel (1) is constituted by two bodies (1.1,1.2) that are removably coupled and sealed, in order to vary the dimensions of the vessel (1) as a whole and consequently the capacity of the bottle, determining the pieces (1.1,1.2) modules. 2. Bottle according to claim 1 wherein the vessel (1) is complemented with at least one complementary body (1.3), which can be coupled to the two bodies (1.1, 1.2) in a sealed manner, thus determining additional modules. 3. Bottle according to claims 1 or 2 wherein the tight coupling between the bodies (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) is made by thread (1.1.1, 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.3.1, 1.3. 2). 4. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement The present patent application refers, as it has been submitted, to a bottle of the type comprising a vessel provided at the level of its mouth of coupling means of a ring that is removably fixed on the mouth of the vessel for the retention of a nipple, in which said vessel is constituted by two bodies coupled with removable character and in a sealed manner, in order to vary the dimensions of the vessel as a whole and consequently the capacity of the bottle (claim 1). The vessel is complemented with at least one complementary body, which can be attached to the two bodies in a sealed manner, thus determining additional modules (claim 2). The tight coupling between the bodies is carried out by means of a thread (claim 3). Stake coupling is performed with the interposition of sealing gaskets (claim 4). And finally, the greater external surface of the nipple is flush with the greater external surface of the ring (claim 5). NOVELTY AND INVENTIVE ACTIVITY ARTS 6 AND 8 OF THE LP. Document D01 deals with a bottle that is segmented, useful for storing and dispensing a food product to a baby. The bottle assembly is configured in such a way that the different bottle segments are joined end to end forming a fluid communication assembly (see summary; column 6, lines 20-31). The segments are connected by means of thread (see reference 56 in Figure 2; column 5, lines 1844). Document D02 refers to a bottle that includes two compartments axially connected to each other. The compartments may contain different liquid foods (see summary and column 1, lines 5-11, and 29-31), such as milk, juices, water among others (see column 3, lines 23-25); feeding the baby through a nipple that can be attached to both ends of the compartments (see column 1, line 68-column 2, line 2). These compartments are removable (see column 2, lines 3-10). The coupling between the bodies is carried out, among other means, by thread (see reference 80, column 4 lines 15-26 and figure 4). Document D03 refers to a bottle that has two compartments for gradual feeding. Each compartment contains a liquid. The first compartment is in direct communication with the nipple to allow the baby to obtain the liquid from said compartment, and the second compartment is in communication with the nipple via the first compartment (see summary, paragraph [0014]) by means of a tube of power supply (see paragraph [0015] and figures 1 and 2). The compartments are coupled to each other by means of a thread (see references 4 and 17 of Figures 1 and 2; and paragraphs [0043] and [0045]. This bottle is constructed in such a way that the baby is first fed with the first liquid and then with the second one.The objective is to imitate, in this way, the feeding with breast milk, since it provides first low-fat milk and secondly high-fat milk (see paragraph [0004]) Document D04 it is about a bottle comprising separate compartments in which two different types of liquids can be stored (see paragraph [0009]), such as milk, soft drinks, juices, soups among others (see paragraph [0011]). forms (see figures 1, 2 and 3) And at each end of both compartments a nipple can be attached (see summary). Document D05 refers to a container for food or drink. to a bottle (see page 3, line 26) which has a storage member attached at its base. The connection between the base of the bottle and said storage member is not effected by means of thread, but by fitting its edges (see page 6, lines1217). The storage member when attached to the bottle base provides a storage compartment (see page 2, line 28-page 3, line 6). Said storage member can be coupled and disengaged from the base of the bottle (see page 3, lines 7-15). The storage compartment can accommodate inside for example a nipple or a pacifier (see page 4, lines 24-27). See also figure 1.  WRITTEN OPINION Document D06 describes a bottle comprising separate compartments, one for liquid components and one for granular components. Preferably with a separating member between them capable of breaking to carry out the mixing of the two components (see page 2, lines 10-13 and figure 1). Therefore, in view of the documents cited in the prior art, the present patent application, as it has been filed, has no novelty or inventive activity. It is not new because bottles have been found consisting of two or more bodies (see documents D01, D02 and D03) joined by such bodies by means of thread, tightly and removably (see document D01, D02 and D03). And it has no inventive activity because in document D01 a segmented bottle is described in such a way that it can store and dispense food to a baby by fluid communication of said segments, which would imply a variation in the volume capacity of said bottle, as claimed in the present patent application. Therefore, claims 1-5 lack novelty and inventive activity according to articles 6 and 8 of the LP.
