Abstract
Perfeccionamientos en los métodos de conservación de champiñones, caracterizados esencialmente porque los champiñones o setas cultivadas después de su recolección, son introducidos en recipientes de material impermeable a los gases de madera que llenen a estos de la manera más completa posible, se introduce en los recipientes llenos un agente inerte o bien de características reductoras o antioxidantes y se cierra los recipientes de modo hermético a los gases de manera que se excluye la entrada ulterior de aire atmosférico al interior de los mismos y el correspondiente contacto con los referidos champiñones.
