PACK WITH VARIOUS OPENINGS OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention, as expressed in the statement of this specification, refers to a container with several openings whose essential purpose is to provide containers applicable to the dispensing, preservation, sale and consumption of food products, both liquid and solid, but presenting a special and preferential applicability to soft drinks, soft drinks and others that quickly lose some of their properties when a volume that encloses them tightly is open for consumption, being the object of the invention to provide commercially attractive packaging that may have shapes very similar to those already existing or new, but always providing a basic functionality of the invention consisting in that the same package has two independent volumes with respective sealing means, which facilitates not having to consume the corresponding product at once, as well as providing the container with the possibility It includes two different internal products; being especially attractive in the dispensing of soda cans that, once opened, lose in a relatively short time the initial characteristics due to the escape of the gas from the drink.

Although the invention is of preferential application in the aforementioned utilities, it is not ruled out to use it in other types of food products, both liquid and solid, such as various types of beverages, nuts, legumes, etc., as well as in products other than food, such as drugstore, perfumery products, such as paints, perfumes and many others in which the utility of the invention is evident to any expert in the field.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Also other products, both solid and liquid, and both food and other sectors, lack in the current state of the art of packaging with several internal volumes equipped with independent sealing and opening means, which in general implies inconveniences related to mandatory of consumption of the product on a single occasion or with a considerably restricted timeframe, inability to offer several products in the same package, and loss of desirable characteristics in part of the product purchased.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order to achieve the objectives and avoid the inconveniences indicated in previous sections, the invention consists of a container with several openings, applicable to the dispensing, conservation, sale and consumption of liquid and solid food products, in space soft drinks, soft drinks and others that quickly lose some of

DESCRIPTION OF ONE OR VARIOUS EXAMPLES OF REALIZATION OF THE INVENTION

Next, a description of eight examples of the invention is made referring to the references of the figures.

All packages 1 to 8 of the respective eight embodiments shown in this section have common essential characteristics that define the invention and consist in that the main body of the package has first hermetic closing means, 9, 15, 21 , 22, which communicate with a first internal volume of said body in which a first product is packaged; said first internal volume being hermetically separated from at least one additional internal volume by means of at least one internal separating partition 1O, 1O ', 10' '; existing in each additional internal volume of

In the third embodiment of the invention, shown in Figure 3, an innovative design is presented for cans of soda, beer, soft drinks and the like that uses the distinctive features of the invention to facilitate a multi-arm star-shaped container 3 , specifically a four-armed cross, as seen in Figure 3, although other embodiments not shown in this example could have different number of arms. In this third embodiment, one of the arms of the container 3 has the shape of a conventional can end, with its conventional closing ring 9, this can configuration being repeated in the other three arms and existing in each of these three arms a

In Figure 4, a fourth embodiment of the invention is shown, wherein the corresponding container 4 has a soda can shape analogous to that of the first and second embodiments of Figures 1 and 2 but adding at one end of the can or container 4 coupling means 11 consisting of a male thread to be able to be fixed in a female thread 12 constituting complementary means having a support tray 13 where three of said cans or containers 4 can be fixed; this tray 13 is in turn coupled in a refrigerator drawer 14, as shown in that figure 4, where the support tray 13 and the drawer 14 have been represented with a size of reduced proportions with respect to those of the can of the container 4 , for a better appreciation of all the elements in a single figure. This package 4 of the fourth embodiment of the invention has an internal partition 10 which, like that of the first embodiment of package 1, is a central partition 10, although, obviously, the package 4 could also be made with an offset partition 10 'as in the second embodiment of Figure 2. The ring closure 9 and the additional ring closure 9' are conventional and identical to those of the previous embodiments in this package 4 of Figure 4.

The fifth embodiment of the invention shown in this section of this document shows a general bottle-shaped container 5 having a central internal partition 1O, as well as a mouthpiece with conventional hermetic screw cap 15 that is repeated at one end opposite of the bottle to determine an additional conventional screw cap 15 ', as shown in the figure

To facilitate vertical support of this bottle or container 5, an accessory support 16 is provided that has a shape made of rods that defines a cylindrical space where the bottle or container 5 is tightly inserted, the assembly being supported by a base bottom of direct support with circumferential perimeter that has the aforementioned accessory support 16, as shown in Figure 5.

Figure 6 shows an alternative to the accessory support 16 of the previous figure 5 for the bottle-shaped container 5, this alternative consisting in that said alternative accessory support 16 'has a lower base provided with legs 17 insertable in holes 18 of a tray 19 attachable to a refrigerator drawer or shelf 14, as shown in figure 6, the tray 19 and the drawer 14 being in that figure 6 with reduced proportions with respect to the alternative accessory support 16 'and the container of the fifth embodiment of the invention 5 for a better appreciation of all the elements in the same figure.

The sixth embodiment of the invention is shown in Figure 7, the corresponding container 6 having a bottle shape with a separating internal central partition 1O, with a conventional hermetic screw cap 15 and with an additional conventional hermetic screw cap 15 'located in the lower area of the bottle or container 6, all in a manner analogous to the fifth embodiment of the invention or bottle 5 but adding in this package 6 of Figure 7 some support extensions 2 O that facilitate vertical lift of the bottle or container 6 without the need to use additional supports and these support extensions 20 can be extended throughout the

lower perimeter of the bottle 6 or only in certain angular sectors, as shown in figure 7.

The seventh embodiment of the invention, shown in figure 8, is a bottle-shaped container 7, analogous to that of the previous figure 7 with the difference that the corresponding support extensions 20 'of the lower area of the bottle or container 7 have a greater thickness, as well as that the upper sealing cap 21 includes a ring for its removal as it happens in the additional closure cap 21 'of the bottom of this bottle or container 7, where the internal partition wall of separation is a central partition 10, as can be seen in Figure 8.

The fifth, sixth and seventh embodiments in the form of a bottle are especially applicable to the dispensing of soft drinks, soft drinks or beers that look similar to conventional liter plastic bottles, while the first, second and fourth embodiments described They are especially applicable to soft drinks, soft drinks or beers packaged in cans, offering aspects very similar to those of conventional cans but with the advantages of the invention.
