More particularly, the object of the invention is centered on a device for measuring voltages in steel cables, of the type whose load cell uses strain gauges, which is specially designed to be applied in the shrouds of ships of this type. way that, in addition to being able to be placed quickly and simply in full tension of the cable with a specially designed tool, has a structural configuration of small dimensions that is practically integrated into the cable itself, avoiding any damage to passengers or crew before a eventual stumbling It should be noted that said application is not a limitation, since the proposed device 30 may also be applied for the measurement of tension in any other type of similar steel cable. 35 FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is framed within the sector by the present technician of the industry dedicated to the manufacture of apparatus and devices for the measurement of voltages in cables, 5 particularly those of electrical type whose load cell uses strain gauges, and especially those intended for the nautical sector. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 15 20 25 At present, and as a reference to the state of the art, it should be noted that, although there are multiple types and models of devices for measuring cable voltages of the type that concern here, by the applicant, the existence of none is unknown that presents technical, structural and constitutive characteristics similar to those presented here, which aims to distinguish between those already known, among other aspects, especially by their structural configuration in that there are no protruding or protruding elements that could cause damage due to a possible trip with the cable. The objective is understood to mean that, as is known, the shrouds for which the proposed device is specially designed are the ropes that hold the head of a mast or a masthead to the garrison table or to the top corresponding, so that the passage, both of passengers and crew of a sailing boat, rubbing dictos cables is extremely common and the placement of 35 voltage meters in dictos cables, conventional models show that in the protruding elements or protruding, causes often blows 5 10 15 and undesirable damages. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION Thus, the device for measuring tensions, applicable to shrouds proposed by the present invention is configured as a remarkable novelty within its field of application, since, in accordance with its implementation and satisfactorily indicated as characterizers, they distinguish developed from a in a suitable way, exhaustive, obJetivos being reached previously the details that make it possible and that already properly known continuation and collected in the final claims that accompany the present specification. Specifically, it is a device for measuring the invention voltages in 20 steel cables of the type that has a load cell by strain gauges, whose structural configuration is specially studied and designed to be applied in the shrouds of the boats to integrate with the cable avoiding the existence of protuberances or protruding elements. For this purpose, the device is configured essentially from a cylindrical casing 30 provided with a longitudinal crank, suitable for the cable, which is open laterally to give way to the cable and receive the load cell whose configuration is adjusted to it. 35 In addition, the device allows its assembly while the cable is in full tension, assembly that Advantageously, it is carried out in a simple manner, being carried out to carry out a pressure tool and pins that keep the load cell integrated as part of the housing and at the same time 5 held in contact with the cable. Being provided with reduced dimensions, the device can be placed in each of the shrouds of the ship, obtaining in an accurate manner all the voltage data that make up the cable structure of said ship. 15 From the structural point of view, the device is provided with a load cell that is integrated for measurement and support inside the housing where the cable that is being measured is housed. For this, said load cell has, in its internal part, recesses and projections that determine support points that constantly press the cable for its measurement. For its part, the cell is fixed to the housing by the aforementioned pins which, in turn, are secured by means of easily assembled safety rings that are inserted inserted in grooves provided for this purpose in the housing. In addition, the cell has an internal machining where the strain gauges are housed, which change their electrical resistance when the piece is deformed by said deformation-sensitive zone, whereby the tension force of the shroud can be known. On the other hand, it should be noted that the detector is completely removable, which can replace any piece of it that may deteriorate, without having to replace the whole 5 together, with consequent savings. Finally, in order to facilitate its assembly, a circular hollow has been made on the surface of the load cell that allows the introduction of the tip of the mounting tool, by means of which a correct closing of the device is ensured even in the most extreme situations of tension of the cable. The described device to measure tensions, applicable for shrouds and the tool for its assembly, represent, therefore, an innovative structure of structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now for that purpose, reasons that together with its practical use, provide it with a foundation enough to obtain the exclusivity privilege that is requested.
