The present invention discloses a method of obtaining a footwear with heating system, based on a series of operational phases in which elements that are integrated into the footwear itself participate. It consists of an independent procedure claim. Document D01 is considered the closest in the state of the art to the object of the invention claimed in claim 1 (references and comments in brackets correspond to this document) where a method of obtaining footwear with practicable heel is disclosed. Said document discloses a procedure for obtaining footwear with operating phases similar to the claimed invention, where the corresponding plant is arranged and fixed on a last and the shoe lining is fixed perimeter on said plant (description, paragraph 33). The corresponding battery and the associated electrical circuit are disposed on a cavity (311) of the floor and passage of the corresponding connection cables to the battery and the circuit through the shoe lining itself. Although in this case the connection of the power supply cables is made to a light source, for a person skilled in the art it would be obvious to incorporate a slight constructive variant by connecting the cables to the carrier template of the electric heating resistance described. in document D02 instead of the light sources described in D03. Although procedures for obtaining footwear with heating systems are known in the state of the art, procedures that conceive during the process of obtaining footwear the incorporation of a piece of plastic or wood has not been found in the state of the art in the floor cavity and its subsequent extraction for the incorporation of the corresponding power supply battery, so it constitutes an improved effect with respect to the state of the art, in addition, it is not considered obvious that a person skilled in the art obtains the invention from the documents mentioned above. Therefore, the invention claimed in claim 1 is new, involves inventive activity and has an industrial application in accordance with articles 6 and 8.1 of Law 11/86 of March 20 of Patents.
