The second cover is larger than the first series of openings (9) in order to have a watertight and protective effect. This is sewn in its upper part to an area (11) of the first cover (7) to compartmentalize the wind outlet through a first step and is equipped with small rods (12) inserted in the second cover to fix a first series of regulators (20). The second cover (10) cannot be turned back because it is maintained by deformable regulators with a chosen and limited stretch. Finally, the first series of openings is wide enough not to be subjected to pressure or offer a surface exposed to the action of the wind, inside the umbrella or sunshade.

Under the action of a loose or medium wind (for example for wind speeds that go up to approximately 40 km / h) the second deck (10) is separated from the first deck (7), as shown in Figure 8a, in reason for the passage through the openings (9) of the wind, which lifts the second cover.

The third cover (22) covers the second series of openings (8) arranged beyond the second cover and covers the second cover (10) so as to ensure the tightness. The third cover is fixed to the second cover by a second series of regulators (20) (see Figures 8, 8a and 8b) having substantially the same structure as the first. The regulators are fixed by a limb to the first cover (7) at the level of the rods (6) and are mounted on the rods (12), which provides a certain freedom of movement during deployment and folding since it is avoided thus a tensioning of the regulators while the wind does not yet exert force on the second cover.
