Abstract
Un sistema de optimización de red de telefonía móvil para controlar al menos una parte de las redes de telefonía móvil en respuesta a una serie de datos sobre el rendimiento de dicha red para así optimizar el rendimiento de la misma con arreglo a un objetivo de rendimiento, que incluye: Una primera interfaz en la que se reciben los mencionados datos de rendimiento de la mencionada red, entre los que se incluyen los datos agregados de una serie de llamadas; Una segunda interfaz para solicitar datos de medición de la mencionada red de telefonía móvil y para recibir dichos datos, que consisten en los datos almacenados acerca de una serie de teléfonos móviles de la red; Una tercera interfaz que proporciona datos de configuración a la mencionada red de telefonía móvil para cambiar su configuración; Un sistema de seguimiento del rendimiento, aparejado a la primera interfaz para identificar las faltas de concordancia entre el objetivo de rendimiento y el rendimiento real de dicha red de telefonía móvil, representado por los datos de rendimiento, y para proporcionar datos de identificación de las faltas de concordancia en respuesta a la mencionada identificación; Un sistema de solicitud de datos de medición aparejado a dicha segunda interfaz para solicitar un conjunto de los mencionados datos de medición de la mencionada red de telefonía móvil, entre el que los datos de medición se solicitan de forma selectiva en respuesta a los datos de identificación de faltas de concordancia; Un sistema de análisis de datos de medición, que recibe y analiza los datos de medición solicitados para establecer la causa probable de las faltas de concordancias y proporcionar datos de análisis en los que se identifique dicha causa probable;y Un sistema de determinación de acción aparejado a la mencionada tercera interfaz, en el que se reciben los datos de análisis y se envía a la tercera interfaz los daos de acción dependiendo de dichos datos de análisis, en los que se identifican uno o más cambios de configuración a realizar en la red de telefonía móvil para reducir la falta de concordancia.
