The present invention deals with a key and lock system of unidirectional drive and multidirectional lock, of simple construction and operation, which avoids the blockage of the lock by foreign objects, and allows the opening without the need of turning the key. Thanks to its symmetry, this key does not need guidance prior to its introduction in the lock. Background of the invention

A lock is a mechanism built into doors, drawer cabinets, chests, chests, etc., to prevent them from being opened without the key and thus protect its contents.

This mechanism can be operated by a metal key, usually steel. Currently, apart from mechanical locks, there are others such as electro-mechanical or electronic, in which the key can be a plastic or PVC card. The key fits into the lock through the hole enabled for it, called "eye", which is a hole normally located in the central part of the lock cylinder.

At present, most of the locks with mechanical cylinders - with sawtooth or point wrenches - and including these to those of the security and armored doors, have ceased to offer the security with which they were conceived because of the diffusion of techniques of opening of the same, that suppose an evident risk to suffer unwanted accesses, robberies and thefts.

In addition, for a key and lock system to offer great security, it comprises a plurality of elements and mechanisms that make these systems of high cost and complexity.

As it is known, the keys commonly used in communities, homes, locks, etc., are serrated keys, so that on one of its sides of its axis there are said teeth that fit the lock. There are also cylinder keys, somewhat safer than the previous ones. All of them have to be inserted in the lock in the proper orientation, and they need to turn to activate them. This causes that sometimes, when the frame is very close to the door, it is a difficult task. Also when there are foreign bodies inside the lock, or when it is broken, the key may break when the turn is forced. When this happens, the entire lock is usually rendered useless. Description of the invention

The proposed invention is a key and lock system with unidirectional drive and multidirectional lock, with easy accessibility, intuitive drive and high degree of security against the use of foreign objects such as picks or similar, with great mechanical and productive simplicity that generates savings of manufacturing costs

It is a logical manufacturing system, comprising pieces of simple construction and with a small number of elements that compose it.

The mode of operation is limited to inserting the key and, without the need to turn, press or pull the same key or lock to be able to be operated. The system a force in the same direction and / or direction of the key entry, being able to operate with the key itself, this being the most recommended and / or other object. This is achieved simply by the existence of a space after the tip of the key when it is fully introduced. In addition, there is the possibility of the provision of a complementary hole for the relief of these foreign bodies.

The system includes key and lock. The key comprises active parts equal in number to the number of cylinders arranged in the lock, so that when introduced in the housing for the key the cylinders will adapt to said active areas with the pins being out of the area blocking the assembly . Said key is symmetrical in the active part around its main axis, so that its orientation must not be taken into account when entering the lock. The cylinders can be outdated and aligned or misaligned, around the axis where the key is located with which a multidirectional lock would be achieved. Each cylinder is associated with a secondary spring. Before inserting the key, the mechanism will be in the closed position. By introducing and exerting a force in the same direction as that of the introduction of the key, the mechanism is actuated, and when the force is no longer exerted, a spring causes the mechanism to return to its initial operating position. The invention described herein concerns a key system (1) and lock (2) with unidirectional drive and multidirectional lock. This system offers great security, accessibility and ease of manufacturing and assembly.

This key (1) and lock (2) system provides a simple mechanism with simple elements that behaves with great efficiency. In this way, the locking and unlocking is achieved by means of a key (1) which, when fully inserted in the lock (2), achieves the unlocking of the mechanism, subsequently requiring a pressure in the same direction of insertion of the key (1) to activate the mechanisms until unlocking.

The system comprises key (1) and lock (2). The key (1) is completely inserted into the lock (2). Said key (1) has a plurality of active parts (9) around its main axis, where each one can adopt any dimension and configuration.

that is considered appropriate for its operation, taking into account its place of operation in the lock (2), that is, the grooves (10) and / or cylinders (6). The active parts (9) are symmetrical with respect to the main axis, so that said configuration allows the insertion of the key (1) without the need to seek a previous orientation.

The lock (2) is unidirectional, and comprises a fixed body (3) with a plurality of slots (10) and a movable body (4) with a housing (5) for the key (2), a plurality of cylinders (6) with and its corresponding lugs (8) and secondary springs (13), also having a main spring (7) acting between the fixed body (3) and the mobile body (4).

Before inserting the key (1) into the lock

(2) the system is in the closed or locked position. After inserting the key (1) into the lock (2), it is unlocked, without requiring a turn for its activation, greatly facilitating its opening, for example, when the frame is very close to the wall.

The cylinders (6) of the movable body (4) may be offset and aligned on the axis of said body (4) or may be offset out of phase on its surface, that is, in the movable body (4) around the housing axis for the key (1), obtaining in this second case greater security against foreign objects, such as picks or similar.

The mission of the main spring (7) is to maintain is to keep the system in its most delayed position whether there is no key housed or if there is no force but no force is applied, and also, it achieves the recoil of the system to its initial position if left of applying force

As part of the cylinders (6) are the lugs (8) that are housed in the slots (10) of the fixed body (3), so that the system is locked when there is no key or is not adequate, and unlocked when it is the correct key (1). These lugs (8) can be of variable geometry, although the most logical for their manufacture would be to arrange them in a cylindrical shape and of a diameter smaller than that of the cylinder (6).

As an improvement to avoid blockage of the lock, or breakage of the key (1) and lock (2) due to the existence of foreign objects inside the lock (2), a relief hole (11) is available of strange elements. Thus, when entering the key (1), the foreign body (12) would be displaced by the axis of said key (1), without blocking the lock (2) and without preventing the correct positioning of the key (1) inside of the lock (2).

The closest documents of the prior art are document D01 and D02 describing a key with 1 or several active parts around its main axis, so that the key does not have to be inserted in a position determined, like the patent under study. The lock has the same characteristics described by the patent in study unlike the main spring whose function is to keep the system in its most delayed position until cylinders are aligned thanks to the active parts of the key and to which a force is applied through the key that allows the movement of the mobile body (4). Consequently, the patent under study has novelty and inventive activity in view of documents D01 to D05. Claims 2 to 6 describe in more detail the parts of the key and the lock, and being dependent on the claim 1, like this one, novelty and inventive activity in view of documents D01 to D05. Documents D03 to D05 show lock and key systems of circular section but whose key has to be correctly positioned to enter the lock, so these documents show the general state of the technique and are not considered of special relevance.
