Abstract
Dispositivo de seguridad para cercados, esencialmente caracterizado por estar constituido por uno o varios tubos metálicos alineados en cuya superficie exterior llevan longitudinalmente soldadas de canto varias pletinas metálicas, con su lado exterior recortado con entrantes y salientes puntiagudos, muy aguzados, formando un dentado, de manera que situando dichas pletinas dentadas alrededor del perímetro del o de los tubos y suficientemente espaciadas unas de otras, resultará él o los caracterizados de pinchos, cuyo tubo o tubos estarán apoyados por los adecuados soportes que les permitan un libre y suave o sea realizando dicho apoyo exteriormente en cualquier punto a lo largo del tubo o mediante apoyo interno en ambas bocas introduciendo en ellas las correspondientes puntas de eje procedentes del soporte, con interposición o no de cojinetes, de modo que al apoyarse en dicho tubo caracterizado de pinchos o al intentar deformar les pinchos, el tubo gire impidiendo o dificultando tales acciones, constituyéndose así una valla de seguridad con tubos giratorios de esta clase alineados en un cercado o muro, solos o combinados con otros medios.
