Abstract

Wine dispensing system. It comprises a dispensing machine (5) and at least one container container (20) of wine, adapted to be introduced in a housing (53) complementary to the dispensing machine (5), comprising opening means of the container containers (20) to the perform a relative movement of the container container (20) in relation to the dispensing machine (5). Technical sector of the invention

The present invention relates to a system for dispensing wines and other types of beverages, spirits or not.

The dispensing system of the present invention finds a particular application in the marketing and service of quantities of wine closer to the volumes of one or few glasses of wine, in order to provide the possibility of tastings and tastings without the need to have to open a bottle of 0.325; 0.75 or 1.5 liters ("magnum") conventional without consuming it completely, or to perform preliminary tests with the broth before deciding on a whole bottle of the wine in question. This method allows the blind tasting of a wine to decide on its eventual purchase.

Application US20070233567, for its part, describes a dispensing system that includes a data reader that allows wine tastings without the attention of a commercial, as well as the simplified sale of wines in restaurants and the like. A wine marketing system, which includes the tasting provided by the dispensing system, allows the potential wine buyer to taste small quantities of the wine without the help or supervision of an employee.

Notwithstanding the previous systems, there remains in the art the need to pack specific doses for direct service of the wine served in glasses, both for domestic use and in restoration, in which it is usual to taste a good wine, but not to finish all the content of the wine. bottle, wasting and spoiling the remaining part, not infrequently. The known systems present certain inconveniences from the logistic and operational point of view, especially the opening systems of the packages are impractical. For example, in the case of quality wines, in the packages of the previous systems it would be possible to refill them with fraudulently inferior wines.

The system incorporates a dispensing machine (5) adapted to open container containers (20), in which the container container (2) is placed and to pour the contents of the container container wine (20) onto a glass (6) arranged below the dispensing machine (5). For this purpose, the object of the present invention is to provide a system for dispensing wines and other types of beverages, which in essence is characterized in that it comprises a dispensing machine and at least one wine container, adapted to be introduced into a complementary housing of the dispensing machine, comprising opening means of the container containers when performing a relative movement of the container container in relation to the dispensing machine.

In accordance with another feature of the present invention, the container container comprises a tubular main body provided with a laminar closure layer, and said system opening means comprise a cutting blade of the laminar closure layer when a relative movement occurs of the container container in relation to the dispensing machine, leaving expedited the passage of the wine for the pouring of the same.

According to another feature of the invention, the cutting blade is provided in a cap of the container container, which can rotate with respect to said tubular main body.

Preferably, the plug comprises a thread to produce the approach of the plug with respect to the tubular main body when the plug is rotated with respect to the tubular main body.

According to a preferred feature of the invention, the container container comprises an RFID write and read card that includes an identifying code of the wine it contains; and the dispensing machine comprises an RFID reader of the RFID card of the packages.

In said drawings, the constitution and operating mode of the wine dispensing system of the present invention, which operates in conjunction with a method and distribution system of wine wines, for wine marketing, which is also described, can be appreciated. Specifically, the wine dispensing system of the invention is formed by a dispensing machine 5 and by container containers 20 of wine, adapted to be introduced in complementary housings 53 of dispensing machines 5. As explained below, the system It comprises opening means of the container containers 20, when making a relative movement of the container container 20 in relation to the dispensing machine 5.

The method comprises bottling wines in tubular container containers 20 (see Fig. 2), with a capacity of one or a few standard glasses of the wine in question. The "layout" of the method can be seen in Fig.

The container 20 has a closure layer 11 of a sheet material, preferably plastic, intended to be cut with a small blade 17, provided in the dispensing machine 5 or in the container itself 20, which is used in the method as explain later.

In Fig. 1 it can be seen that the system for the distribution and dosage in wine tastings comprises:

a dispensing machine 5 adapted to automatically open a container container 2 of the requested wine placed in the dispensing machine 5.

The bottling or dosing of the containers 20 with the capacity adapted to the tastings can be carried out in the cellars 8, by means of conventional bottling machines 7, adapted to the particular tubular shape of the tubular container containers 20 of the invention, or in plants 7 'mobile bottlers that, being known, are not explained in greater detail.

The full container containers 20 are distributed to distribution logistics centers 1, as shown in Fig. 1. Certain wineries can send wine in bulk to a logistics center 1, where they can alternatively perform the bottling of the wine in the container containers 20.

The system comprises connecting wineries 8, bottling machines 7, 7 'via internet 20 (or other alternative WAN) to a website provided on a central server 2, provided with a database 21. Logistics centers 1 and bottling plants 7, 7 'are connected to central server 2 through an intranet 200 (or other alternative LAN). They could also be connected through internet 100.

According to the method, a user 3 makes a purchase order, for example from a computer 10 (Fig. 1), to the central server 2, through said "website", which comprises at least: the location of the user; the identification of the wine (eg the name of the wine); and a number of container containers 20 or a given total volume. Once this order has been carried out, means of transport 4 send the container containers 20 of the order to the user 3. These orders can also be made through calls to the so-called "call centers".

The user 3 can have at least one dispensing machine 5, specially designed to automatically open a container 20 of the wine to be consumed, which, placed in the dispensing machine 5, pours over a glass 6. This user 3 can sell the bottled wine in the packages 20 offering the wine tasting service through the use of the dispensing machine 5, since this is the only device capable of opening the container containers 20, as they are designed. The user 3 can be a restaurant, a hotel, bar or a store open to the public, or a consumer who acquires the containers 20 in a specialized store and has a dispensing machine at home

In Fig. 3, 4 and 5 a first embodiment of the dispensing machine 5 is shown, in the form of a decanter 55. In Fig. 6 a second exemplary embodiment of the dispensing machine 5 is shown, and in Fig. 7 shows a third embodiment of the dispensing machine 5.

In all three cases, the dispensing machine 5 has a tubular housing 53 for the container 20, a support base 51, a display 52 to show information concerning the wine contained in the container 20, information that may be contained in a card RFID explained below. The container 20 can be introduced into the dispensing machine 5 in the position shown in Fig. 3, with its mouth 13 facing up, or face down, as illustrated in Figs. 6 and 7.

When it has been entered into the tubular housing 53, a blade 17 cuts the closure layer 11, to expedite the passage to the contained wine. A first possibility of automatic opening and activation of this cut could consist of rotating means of the container 20 with respect to the tubular housing 53, for example a thread in the container 20, complementary to a thread of the machine 5, which allow the longitudinal advance and the simultaneous rotation of the closing layer 11 in relation to the blade 17.

A second possibility is that the container container has a cap 15 that can rotate and descend, through a thread, with respect to the tubular body of the container container 20. The cap 15 can have a blade 17 that cuts the closure layer 11 of plastic (or aluminum) when the cap 15 is turned. In Figs. 8-10 this second possibility is shown.

In both possibilities, a small turn, manual or automatic, of the cap 15 with respect to the body of the dispensing machine 5, is enough to cause the cutting of the laminar closure layer 11 (which is preferably made of plastic) and therefore the opening of container container 20. In the machine example of Figs. 6 and 7, since the container 20 is placed "face down", this opening allows the direct pouring of the wine onto a glass 6. In the case of Figs. 3 to 5, since the container 20 is placed "face up", the user must separate the decanter 55 and manually pour the wine over the cup 6.

In Fig. 9 the closed container 20 is shown, with the blade 17 separated from the laminar closure layer 11. In Fig. 10 the open container 20 is shown, in which the blade 17 has cut the closure layer laminate 11 when a rotation of the cap 15 with respect to the tubular main body 16 of the container 20 takes place, by turning the thread 18 on the thread 19, after which the cap 15 has descended with respect to the main tubular body 16.

The container 20 comprises an RFID card 12 for writing and reading that includes an identifying code of the wine it contains, together with information related to it for reading through an RFID reader of the RFID card of the packages, implemented in the machine dispenser 5. Container containers 20 may additionally have bar codes 14 or other information encoded or exempt from coding. A BID code system or any other technically related and equivalent can also be used.

When the wine is bottled at plants 7, 7 ', said identification code is written on the RFID card by appropriate means, together with the aforementioned information related to the packaged wine: year of harvest, type of grape, type of maceration, time and type of barrel, service temperature, tasting notes, alcoholic strength, etc.

Then, before the container 20 can be opened by means of the dispensing machine 5, it reads the code of the RFID card 12. If the code is correct, the method allows the container 20 to be opened. On the contrary, if the code If it is incorrect, it is impeded to prevent the opening of the container 20, for example by not allowing the cutting of the closing layer 11 of plastic (or aluminum), inhibiting the action of the cutting means.

Once the container 20 is opened, the identification code of the RFID card 12 is annulled, putting it in “incorrect”, so that the container 20 can no longer be reopened by the machine 5, in order to prevent fraudulent use .

Obviously, the users 3 are connected to the central server 2, the logistic centers 1, the bottling machines 7, 7 ’and the wine producing wineries 8 via internet 100 or an alternative WAN.

In a possible variant of the invention, the additional step of storing a plurality of containers 20 containers in a refrigerated cabinet is provided.

Sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as its practical mode of execution, it is noted that whatever does not alter its fundamental principle may be subject to variations in detail.
