The object of the invention is an ironing set.

Claim 1 has as features: Ironing assembly comprising a horizontal ironing surface (1), supported by two vertical legs (2), not arranged in scissors, anchored in the extreme regions of the ironing surface (1), although opposite to the longitudinal central axis of said surface (1), both legs (2) being formed by two movable sections one inside the other, allowing the height of the ironing surface (1) to be adjusted, in different positions to small intervals to achieve greater adaptability to the user and presenting each vertical leg (2) at its lower end a support structure (3) that confers stability to the system. (References in parentheses correspond to the application document).

Document D01 is considered the closest in the state of the art to the object of claim 1, and discloses an ironing assembly, comprising a horizontal ironing surface (1), supported by two legs (13,18), which could get to be arranged vertically, not arranged in scissors, anchored in the extreme regions of the ironing surface, allowing to adjust the height of the ironing surface (1), in different positions at small intervals to achieve greater adaptability to the user and presenting each leg (13,18) at its lower end a support structure (14, 15, 19, 20) that confers stability to the system. (References in parentheses correspond to document D01).

Document D01 does not disclose, unlike the request that the legs are arranged at the ends of the ironing surface (ref. 1, D01), although in the opposite way along the longitudinal central axis of said surface (ref. 1, D01 ), and both legs being (ref. 13,18, D01) formed by two movable sections one inside the other. However, these characteristics are described in document D02, which has two legs (ref. 25,26, D02), arranged opposite to the central longitudinal axis of the ironing surface (ref. 10, D02) and which are telescopic It would be obvious to the person skilled in the art, especially when the same result is to be obtained, to apply these characteristics with their corresponding effect to the ironing set according to document D01, so that an ironing set according to the claim is obtained 1. Although document D01 discloses that the height of the ironing surface (ref. 1, D01) is adjustable by manual operation, it is document D02 which describes that said effect is due to the fact that the legs are telescopic.

Considering the combination of the characteristics of both documents evident, it is concluded that dependent claim 2 has no inventive activity (Art.8 Law 11/1986).

Claim 3 states that at least one of the support structures (ref. 3, request) is provided with wheels with locking system (ref. 4, request) to facilitate handling and subsequent stabilization of the assembly.

Although neither document D01 nor D02 anticipates this feature, it is considered that the design features disclosed in dependent claim 3 is a mere particular execution, obvious to one skilled in the art. Therefore, the object of dependent claim 3 does not imply inventive activity (Art. 8 Law 11/1986).

Claim 4 states that the support structures (3) of two legs (2) are in turn stabilized by a horizontal crossbar (5), parallel to the ironing surface, sliding on said support structures (3), towards a flank or other of the set, the use of the set being suitable for both left-handed and right-handed people, and also allowing you to perform the ironing task with a foot resting high, whether the user is standing or sitting. Document D01 describes the stabilization of the two legs (13,18) by means of a horizontal crossbar (45), parallel to the ironing surface. Other technical features are considered obvious design options for an expert in the field. Therefore, dependent claim 4 has no inventive activity.

WRITTEN OPINION

Claim 5 states that the ironing set further comprises supports for irons (ref. 9, request) and for ironing centers (ref. 10, request), removable, usable simultaneously, and presenting said supports (ref. 9, request) (ref. 10, application) on its surface, a continuous or discontinuous coating, in a material of reduced thermal conductivity and minimum flammability (ref. 13, application), suitable for the maximum ironing temperature and that does not damage the surface of the iron or ironing center.

Document D02 describes an ironing set comprising iron support (ref. 18, D02), and presenting said support (ref. 18, D02) on its surface, a continuous or discontinuous coating, in a material of reduced thermal conductivity and minimum flammability, suitable for the maximum ironing temperature and that does not damage the surface of the iron or the ironing center.

Document D02, unlike the application does not anticipate the presence of a support for the ironing center, nor that the supports are removable and usable simultaneously.

However, all of these features are well known to those skilled in the art and therefore that dependent claim 5 has no inventive activity.

Claim 6 states that the material that continuously or discontinuously covers (evenly distributed studs) the support surface for the plate (ref. 9, application) is a polycarbonate, fiberglass compound

Document D02 presents a handle for transport, once the ironing assembly is folded, which is hidden when the ironing surface is deployed. It is considered obvious to a person skilled in the art, the combination of this characteristic with the object disclosed in document D01. Accordingly, dependent claim 12 has no inventive activity.
