Abstract

Assembly comprising: - a container (2) intended to contain a cosmetic product, comprising: - a body (4) and - a neck (5), comprising: - a first part (6) having a first inner diameter and comprising first fixing means (28; 40), - a second part (7), located between the body of the container and the first part, this second part having a second inner diameter greater than the first and comprising some second fixing means (29; 41), and - at least one accessory (3; 3 ''; 15; 15 ''; 30; 35) configured to be fixed on the neck (5; 5 '') and comprising a mounting skirt (16) configured to be fixed on the second part, this mounting skirt having a sealing surface (27), the assembly being characterized in that the sealing surface (27) is intended to rest against a stepped (8) which joins the first and second parts of the container.

Description

Container comprising a neck provided with two parts that have different diameters.

The present invention relates to conditioning and distribution devices, in particular to the containers intended to contain cosmetic products and to the applicators intended to be fixed on these containers.

By "cosmetic product" is designated any product as defined in Directive 93/35 / EEC of the Council of July 14, 1993.

There are currently some coloring kits that they comprise a bottle containing an oxidant, this comprising jar a filleted neck of a certain diameter, sealed before the use by a plug having a corresponding diameter. A set 1 is shown in figure 1 according to the invention, which comprises a container 2 and a closure plug 3.

In the example described, container 2 is Made of plastic material.

The container 2 comprises a body 4 that it contains a cosmetic product, for example a product of hair color P, and a neck 5 of X axis.

This neck 5 comprises at the top a first part 6 and at its base a second part 7, being last located between body 4 and first part 6 and presenting a diameter larger than the first part 6. The latter is provided on its outer surface, in the example considered, of a filleted 28 and the second part 7 is provided on its surface outside of a filleting 29.

The first and second filleted parts 6 and 7 are joined by a step 8 defining a flat annular surface 9, which extends outside the neck 5, perpendicularly to the X axis.

The cap 3 comprises a tubular skirt provided with an internal filleting 10 that allows its threading on the first threaded part 6 of neck 5, as illustrated in Figure 1

The tightness between neck 5 and cap 3 it is made by means of a sealing lip 11 of the cap 3, which is applied against the radially inner surface, cylindrical X-axis revolution, of the first threaded part 6.

To apply product P on the hair, the user unscrews the cap 3 and threads on the second part filleted 7 a capillary applicator 15, as illustrated in the figure 2.

This applicator 15 is made of only one piece by molding of plastic material, and comprises in the part bottom one mounting flange 16 and about half height a transverse wall 17 on which a row 18 of teeth.

This row 18 comprises two end teeth 19 between which six intermediate teeth 20 are arranged, called active, of the same length as the extreme teeth 19.

In the example considered, Figure 18 is extends over substantially the entire diameter of the wall transverse 17 and the six intermediate teeth 20 extend over a length greater than the diameter of the first threaded part 6.

The intermediate teeth 20 each have a inner channel 21 leading to its lower end through the transverse wall 17 and that communicates with an exterior by two distribution holes 22.

In the example considered, each tooth 20 it has two lateral faces 23 substantially parallel to each other and perpendicular to the axis of row 18, and the two holes of distribution 22 flow respectively on these two faces 23 at a non-zero distance from the free end of the tooth, as you can particularly appreciate in figures 2 to 4.

Slots 25 extend over each face 23 of the tooth 20, from the distribution hole 22 present on this face to the free end of the tooth. The holes of distribution 22 can be made by means of two parts of mobile mold with respect to each other parallel to the axis longitudinal teeth 20, which come into contact at the level of the distribution holes 22.

Thus, the distribution holes 22 of the teeth 20 always flow into a space between two teeth, thus limiting the risk of product projection outward from row 18.

The mounting skirt 16 has, in its part bottom, an inner filleting 26 that allows its threading on the Filleted second part 7 of neck 5.

The mounting skirt 16 also has a annular weatherstrip 27 made on an inner surface of the skirt 16, located immediately above the filleting interior 26 in the example considered.

This annular weatherstrip 27 is intended for be applied against the annular surface 9 of the neck 5, as has been illustrated in figure 2, so as to ensure tightness between neck 5 and applicator 15.

The fact that the sealing is done in the outside of the neck 5 allows to avoid having to foresee a lip sealing that is applied against the inner surface of the filleted part 6, so that it is possible to provide the applicator 15 of active teeth 20 over a distance greater than the diameter of the first part filleted 6, therefore make a number of these relatively important, for example 6 as in the example represented.

To treat the hair, the user moves the hair applicator, product P flowing through the channels 21 towards the distribution holes 22.

The container 2 may be associated with about Accessories other than a plug 3 or a capillary applicator 15.

As an example, it has been represented in the Figure 5 an accessory 30 constituted by a terminal with hole single distribution suitable to be threaded on neck 5 of the container 2.

This terminal 30 comprises a skirt of assembly 31 threaded internally so that it can be threaded on the first threaded part 6 of neck 5.

Terminal 30 also has a skirt of inner tightness 32 that is applied against the surface inside of the first filleted part 6.

Terminal 30 is provided, at its end top, of a sectional part 33 that the user separates in the time of use.

An accessory can also be used constituted for example by a second container 35, as illustrated in figure 6, in order to perform the extemporaneous mixing of two products, in particular an oxidant and a dye, with views to its application on hair.

This second container 35 comprises a neck internally threaded 36, configured to thread on the Filleted first part 6 of the neck 5. The tightness can be obtained for example by supporting the end of the neck 36 on the annular surface 9, which may be provided, in case necessary, of a sealing means such as a gasket deformable

The cap 3 described with reference to the Figure 1 could also be configured, without departing from it of the frame of the present invention, to be threaded on the second Filleted part 7 of neck 5, as illustrated in the figure 7.

In the examples described above, the fixing of the accessories is done by threading on the neck 5 of the container.

It does not depart from the framework of the present invention provide other fixing means on the outer surface of the Parts 6 and 7 of the neck 5.

It has been represented, by way of example, in the Figures 8 and 9, a container provided with a 5 'neck that is neck difference 5 described above because of the fact that the fillets of the first 6 and second 7 parts are replaced by ring seals 40 and 41, respectively.

The accessories, for example a 3 'plug and a 15 'applicator, then each one is provided with a throat annul 42, respectively 43, appropriate to cooperate for hooked with the corresponding 40 or 41 ring seal.

Obviously, the invention is not limited to the examples that have just been described.

In particular, the hair applicator 15 could be replaced by any other type of applicator, which includes for example teeth devoid of distribution holes, the latter being for example carried out at the base of the teeth.

Throughout the description, including claims, the expression "comprising a" must be understood as a synonym for "comprising at least one", unless otherwise specified.

\ vtcortauna at least one accessory (3; 3 ';15;15';30; 35) configured to be fixed on the neck (5; 5 ') and comprising a mounting skirt (16) configured to be fixed on the second part, presenting this mounting skirt a sealing surface (27),

the assembly being characterized in that the sealing surface (27) is intended to rest against a step (8) that joins the first and second parts of the container. 2. Assembly according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the sealing surface is defined by an annular seal (27). 3. Assembly according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the accessory (15) is devoid of a sealing lip which is applied against the inside of the neck of the container. 4. Assembly according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the accessory is constituted by an applicator (15; 15 '). 5. Assembly according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the applicator comprises teeth (19, 20). 6. Assembly according to the preceding claim, characterized in that at least one of said teeth (20) has at least one distribution hole (22). 7. Assembly according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said at least one distribution hole (22) is away from the free end of the corresponding tooth. Assembly according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said at least one distribution hole (22) is oriented so as to limit the risk of product distribution outside between the teeth. 9. Assembly according to any of claims 4 to 8, characterized in that the applicator (15; 15 ') comprises at least one row (18) of teeth having end teeth (19) located at the ends of the row, being these teeth (19) devoid of distribution orifice that flow out of the space between the teeth. 10. Assembly according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the end teeth (19) are devoid of any distribution hole. 11. Assembly according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that at least one of the teeth (20) of the row, located between the end teeth (19), has two distribution holes (22) that flow laterally, on both sides of the tooth, in a direction parallel to the row. 12. Assembly according to the preceding claim, characterized in that all the teeth (20) located between the end teeth have at least one distribution hole (22). 13. Assembly according to any of claims 6 to 12, characterized in that at least one of the teeth (20) is provided with a groove (25) extending from its free end to a distribution hole (22). 14. Assembly according to any of claims 5 to 13, characterized in that the applicator comprises at least six teeth (20) each provided with at least one distribution hole (22). 15. Assembly according to any of claims 5 to 14, characterized in that all the teeth (19, 20) of the applicator have the same length. 16. Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 17, comprising at least one of the first and second parts at least one embossing relief, characterized in that the assembly comprises at least one accessory (3 ';15') provided with at least one complementary crimping relief (42; 43) suitable for cooperating with the crimping relief (40; 41) of the container. 19. Set according to any of claims 1 to 18, characterized in that it comprises at least two accessories (3; 3 ';15;15') of different natures. 20. Assembly according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the two accessories are respectively intended to be fixed on the first (6) and second (7) parts. 21. Method of manufacturing an assembly as defined in any of claims 1 to 31, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
