Object of the invention

The invention, as expressed in the statement of the present specification refers to a trap for harmful animals, which contributes to the function to which several advantages, which will be described in detail below, and which involve a remarkable improvement compared to the systems known in the market for the same purpose

More specifically, the object of the invention it consists of a device, constituent of the trap, specially designed to hunt rats, mice and other animals similar four-legged that, for whatever reason, result harmful, which achieves its objective by using a natural bait, that is, it is not chemical or poisonous, and a simple tilting mechanism, said mechanism being advantageously activated by the animal's own weight, so It does not require any driving force or energy consumption.

Background of the invention

Currently, and as a reference to the state of the technique, it should be mentioned that they are known in the market multiple types of traps intended to hunt the type of animals which here concerns, however, on the part of the petitioner ignores the existence of any trap for harmful animals that present technical, structural and constitutive similar to those advocated by this invention.

Explanation of the invention.

The new trap for harmful animals that the invention proposes, is essentially constituted, as it has been mentioned, from a tilting device, manufactured in any adequately rigid and waterproof material, which has of means to be easily placed on a deposit or container, and which will be properly sized in each occasion depending on the type of animal to be hunted, being full of water or alternative liquid, into which the animal will fall on its own weight when trying to reach the bait conveniently placed in the device.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

Trap for harmful animals, intended to hunt rats, mice and other similar four-legged harmful animals, characterized by the fact that it comprises a body of suitably rigid and impermeable material forming a housing (1), of approximately prismatic configuration, whose front face (2) is fully open, and whose rear face (3) is only partially covered; wherein the lower face of said housing (1) is constituted by a flat and smooth tilting plate (5), preferably made of a polished material, which is fixed laterally to the corresponding lateral faces (6) of the housing (1 ) by means of two axes (7) that are fixed on the angled sides (5a) of the plate (5), said axes (7) being slightly offset from the center of its gravity so that it has a tendency to lean forward, so that it is always closed by its own weight, existing under its front part a pin (8), which acts as a stop and prevents it from descending through said part beyond its horizontal position. 2.
