Utensil to fix the hair, consisting of a comb or brush (1) comprising a handle (3) with a hollow bore (7) and a body (5) of comb or brush, hollow also, bearer of combing elements ( 17), where a second end (11) of said hollow bore (7) fluidly communicates with the hollow interior of said comb or brush body (5), and where a first end (9) of said opposite bore (7) at the second end (11), it is open, said first end (9) of said hollow bore (7) capable of receiving an external conduit (25) supplying a fluid, characterized in that the utensil (1) comprises a coupling of type rotating and hermetic (23, 23a, 23b, 23c) between one end of the bore (7) of the handle (3) and said external conduit (25) supplying a fluid, allowing the tool itself (1) to rotate around its axis longitudinal with respect to said conduit (25) and, at the same time, the passage of said fluid to the body of the brush (5) without fluid leaks.

Utensil according to claim 1, in the that said coupling (23, 23a, 23b) is constituted by a collar or bushing (27, 27a, 27b) surrounding a free end of the duct (25) and by a protuberance (29, 29a, 29b) that ends said end of the duct (25), so that in the assembled state of the coupling (23, 23a, 23b), the protuberance (29, 29a, 29b) stops at said first end (9) of the handle with interposition of a joint (31), at the same time as the collar or bushing (27, 27a, 27b) cover this bump (29, 29a, 29b) and adjust by out of said first end (9) of the handle (3) pushing that protuberance (29, 29a, 29b) against said first end (9) through the aforementioned meeting (31), said insurance being assured collar at the same first end (9) by means of elements conventional fixing (33).
