Door (3) for household appliances (1), which is constructed in the form of a bell from at least one inner door and at least one outer door (5), characterized in that the outer door (5) has been shortened in relation to to the inner door and a panel (8) or cladding (7) is mounted on a door part (6), which reaches the shortened outer door (5), of the inner door in order to allow adaptation to heights of specific kitchen pedestal.

2. Door according to claim 1, characterized in that an adaptable variable height panel (9) is mounted as a lining (7) on the door part (6) of the inner door.

3. Door according to claim 2, characterized in that the variable panel (9) is constructed from several strips (10) of different or identical height.

4. Door according to claim 3, characterized in that the strips (10) are made of plastic material.

5. Door according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the remaining door part (6) of the inner door has a clamping plate (12) for releasable mounting of the lining (7).

6. Door according to claim 5, characterized in that the lining (7) is connected by screws or inserted into the clamping plate (11).

7. Dishwasher machine, characterized in that it has a door according to any of the preceding claims.
