Abstract

Un espécimen zoológico muerto, y en particular un espécimen acuático muerto, tal como un pez o camarón, que ha sido sumergido en un preservativo líquido y recubierto luego exteriormente con un material de recubrimiento, comprendiendo dicho material de recubrimiento una resina sintética plastificada termoplástica polímera transparente aplicada al espécimen en solución y secada sobre el mismo, siendo el recubrimiento impermeable en su forma seca y teniendo un carácter duradero no quebradizo y flexible, y formando también una envoltura de recubrimiento transparente y que se adhiere al espécimen y obtura el interior del mismo, dejando al propio tiempo al espécimen con una flexibilidad y aspecto virtualmente similares a los del estado vivo, y proporcionando un recubrimiento protector para el espécimen.
