Abstract

Procedimiento par ala purificación de estreptomicina que consiste en poner en contacto una solución relativamente impura de estreptomicina con una resina de cambio catónico de tipo ácido sulfónico de alta densidad durante un periodo de tiempo determinado, con lo que las impurezas orgánicas e inorgánicas presentes en la solución son absorbidas selectivamente por dicha resina de cambio y en separar y recuperar una solución relativamente pura de estreptomicina de la resina de cambio.
