Consisten en dotar a los dos compartimentos de la cámara de compactación (1), de diferente volumetría y destinadas a recibir diferentes tipos de residuos, de respectivas puertas (2-2'), de accionamiento independiente, de manera que en cualquier momento puede efectuarse el vaciado de uno de dichos compartimentos, manteniéndose el otro cerrado, o lo que es lo mismo, pudiendo efectuarse la descarga de un determinado tipo de basura, en cualquier momento, de forma totalmente independiente a la descarga del otro tipo de residuos.
