Ecological insecticide, which being specially designed for the elimination of fruit flies in fruit fields, is characterized in that it consists of a mixture of dehydrated cod residues, such as skins, thorns and the like, with water, said mixture being housed in the sine of a container with means of suspension of the trees to be protected or of any other support and provided with holes in its upper zone, for the outflow of the effluents generated by the rotting of the cod and to allow the entrance of the flies inside the containers. 2. Ecological insecticide, according to claim 1, characterized in that the crushed or pulverized cod residues are kept in separate containers isolated from the water until the moment of use of the insecticide.
