Abstract
Comprende dos piezas metálicas en acero inoxidable, de las cuales parte de la pieza (1) encaja en el interior de la pieza (2), dejando una holgura (3) por la que circula el aire extraído del embutido en la ranura (4), que es aspirado por el vacío canalizado hasta la toma (5). El relleno de embutido es forzado por la embutidora hasta el cono (7) por lo cual el relleno sale por el orificio de salida, llenando la envoltura cilíndrica, previamente colocada en la pieza (2). El aire existente entre la envoltura y el relleno, así como el existente en el relleno, es extraído por la depresión canalizada hasta la ranura (4).
