Abstract
Procedure to recycle signaling elements, expired or damaged, that belong to the field of pyrotechnics of rescue in the sea and / or land comprising: collection of signaling elements in specific containers; collect signaling elements; proceed to its classification below; once classified, they are disassembled manually, separating the pyrotechnic charge from the rest of the components that constitute the signaling elements; the pyrotechnic charge is introduced into a ball crusher, whose axis rotates at 750 revolutions per minute, in which said charge is reduced to dust; the crushed cargo is placed in a container for later transport to a closed and safe place, such as a powder magazine; and the rest of the components that integrate these flares or rescue devices are separated with a view to their subsequent reuse or recycling.
Description
Procedure to recycle elements of expired or damaged signage belonging to the field of Pyrotechnics of rescue in the sea and / or land.
The present invention relates to a procedure to recycle signaling elements, expired or deteriorated, which belong to the pyrotechnics field of rescue in the sea and / or land.
The aforementioned signaling elements, among the that belong the smoke boats and the flares, in all their variants have an expiration date and usually when this occurs the user gets rid of them but in an uncontrolled way, by For example, the flares used on a ship are thrown into the sea subsequently causing major problems, since the sea takes to the beaches and can cause accidents to people who they try to manipulate them or they are deposited in containers of waste or other places indiscriminately.
To avoid these problems, a procedure to recycle this type of signaling elements, which is the object of the invention, since today it is not known or any system that has this purpose of recycling is used This elements.
The process of the invention is simple to apply in the recycling of signaling elements that belong to the field of pyrotechnics of rescue at sea and / or land.
The characteristics of these elements of signaling, are materials or mixtures of materials intended for produce a calorific, luminous, gaseous or fumigant effect or a combination of such effects, as a consequence of the reactions self-sustaining non-detonating exothermic chemicals.
De acuerdo con la invención el procedimiento comprende:According to the invention the procedure understands:
- Acopio de los elementos de señalización en contenedores específicos.- Collection of signaling elements in specific containers
- Recoger los elementos de señalización.- Collect the signaling elements.
- Proceder a continuación a su clasificación.- Proceed to your classification.
- Una vez clasificados se desmontan manualmente, separando la carga pirotécnica del resto de los componentes que constituyen los elementos de señalización.- Once classified they are disassembled manually, separating the pyrotechnic charge from the rest of the components that They constitute the signaling elements.
The pyrotechnic charge is introduced into a ball crusher whose shaft rotates at 750 revolutions per minute in that the load is reduced to dust.
- La carga triturada se introduce en un contenedor para su posterior transporte a un lugar cerrado y seguro, tal como, un polvorín.- The crushed load is introduced in a container for later transport to a closed place and Sure, such as a powder magazine.
- Los componentes restantes se separan y reciclan.- The remaining components are separated and recycle
The process of the invention consists of recycle signaling elements, expired or damaged, which belong to the field of pyrotechnics of rescue at sea and / or land.
To implement the procedure, They collect and subsequently collect the signaling elements. They are classified and subsequently disassembled, separating the pyrotechnic charge from the rest of the components that They constitute such elements.
The pyrotechnic charge is introduced into a ball crusher whose shaft rotates at 750 revolutions by minute.
Under these conditions the load is reduced to dust which is introduced in containers for transport to an enclosure Closed and safe, as can be a powder magazine.
The rest of the components that make up these flares or rescue devices (rings, plugs, housings, parachutes, etc.) are conveniently separated with a view to your subsequent reuse because they are materials without expiration and fully recyclable
