Abstract

Procedimiento y sistema para la fabricación de baldosas cerámicas mediante la aplicación y detección de marcas visibles. A cada uno de los sustratos cerámicos que forman la base de las baldosas cerámicas se le aplica una señal para identificar el punzón de la prensa en la que se han conformado y fijar el tratamiento individual que va a recibir, en función del punzón del que procede. El sistema preferentemente usado para el marcado de cada sustrato, consta de, un detector de inicio de ciclo de trabajo del "paso de peregrino", un detector de pieza, una tarjeta electrónica de control y un cabezal de marcado. La tarjeta electrónica realiza la identificación de los sustratos a partir de la información que recibe del detector de inicio de ciclo y el detector de pieza y conoce, en función de la posición que ocupa en el ciclo, el punzón en el cual se ha conformado. El detector de inicio de ciclo indica a la tarjeta electrónica el momento en el que el grupo de sustratos cerámicos conformados en unamisma prensada empieza a salir del "paso de peregrino". El detector de piezas envía a la tarjeta electrónica la señal de llegada de cada uno de los sustratos cerámicos a la posición del sistema de marcado. Los sustratos cerámicos marcados, pasan a través de la zona de reconocimiento, donde un detector indica la presencia de éstos para que una cámara capture la imagen de los mismos, imagen que es procesada por un ordenador que envía al sistema de producción (esmaltado, decoración, precorte), a partir de la señal que indica el punzón del que procede la pieza, la información de qué labor debe realizar sobre ese sustrato en cuestión.
