Abstract

Mobile unit for cleaning vehicles. The present invention consists of a caravan of the transportable type that once parked allows the introduction of a motor vehicle into it and, with the help of a water spray gun and a vacuum cleaner, both exterior and interior cleaning of the vehicle. Thus, the device object of the invention finds its field of application in companies or organizations that have a large fleet of passenger cars distributed in one or more locations subject to frequent cleaning.

Mobile unit for cleaning vehicles.

The present invention as expressed in the set forth in this Descriptive Report, refers to a caravan of transportable type that allows a tourism and comfortably clean both exterior and inside of it.

The mobile unit for vehicle cleaning finds its field of application in companies or organizations where a large fleet of cars is available, for example in car rental companies, logistics, public institutions,
etc.

It is for all known the car wash tunnels vehicles generally arranged in suppliers and allowing perform an automatic cleaning of the exterior of the vehicle. So same, the state of the art regarding the exterior cleaning of vehicles also features manual exterior cleaning stations  by spray gun.

On the other hand when it comes to cleaning  interior of vehicles also makes use of devices specific features consisting of a manual vacuum cleaner for cleaning of dashboards, carpets upholstery etc.

All these devices present the inconvenient that they are associated with a physical place, usually gas stations, so the user has to move to the same with the consequent waste of time. Also, sometimes vehicles are required to be permanently clean, for example in the rental of vehicles, incurring expenses of excessive cleaning

As an alternative to devices previously presented you can perform a cleaning completely  rag-based vehicle manual, brush, products cleaning and hose or water bucket that although does not require travel to specific locations and can be more economic, generates a much more painful work, increases the time of cleaning and needs adequate spaces for the realization of the same.

Thus, the present invention provides with respect to state of the art a caravan device for cleaning both internal and external vehicles inside fast and simple and that being transportable like a caravan conventional can be moved from one place to another adapting to the geographical distribution of the fleet of vehicles to which it gives service.

The "Mobile unit for cleaning vehicles "would consist of a caravan trailer equipped with access ramps of sufficient size so that at introduce a tourism leave the necessary space in its outline to that a person can perform the cleaning tasks so much exterior as interior of the vehicle.

Once the vehicle has been introduced on the unit at rest, and in order to facilitate cleaning both internal as external of the same, the device object of the Invention would contain the following elements:

Both the vacuum equipment and the circuit water require energy input that is obtained from the supply electric by means of autonomous generator set, hook to the electricity grid, or even, from the accumulated solar energy in solar panels arranged on the outer surface of the roof  of the caravan.

As can be seen in Figure 1 by way of preferred embodiment, the "Mobile unit for vehicle cleaning "can be carried out from a main body (1) provided with a hitch ball to a motor vehicle (2), four wheels (3) for road and ramp travel of raising and lowering vehicles (4) once the unit is found parked

Also the main body (1) contains in its  interior a vacuum cleaner for interior cleaning and a pressurized water gun (5) that operates as supplied in the Figure 2 from the circuit operation scheme water under which when the operation of the water spray gun (5) the drive pump (6) makes reach the water accumulated in the tank (7). At the same time the water that falls on the inner surface of the body main (1) is extracted through the sump (8) that leads to a treatment plant where it comes out clean and with sufficient pressure to reach the warehouse (7).

It is not considered necessary to extend this  description so that any subject matter expert understands the scope of the invention and the advantages derived therefrom. The materials, shape, size and arrangement of the elements will be susceptible of variation as long as this does not imply alteration in the essentiality of the invention.

Claims (3)

1. Mobile unit for the cleaning of vehicles constituted from a main body (1) of sufficient dimensions to accommodate a motor vehicle, characterized by the operation of its water circuit that when the operation of the sprayed water gun is activated ( 5), the discharge pump (6) brings the accumulated water in the tank (7) to it. In turn, the excess water that falls on the ground (1) through the sump (8) is led to a treatment plant (9) from which it leaves clean and with sufficient pressure to reach the tank (7) again. 2. Mobile unit for vehicle cleaning characterized in that it can alternatively incorporate a generator set to support the autonomous operation of the unit. 3. Mobile unit for the cleaning of vehicles characterized in that alternatively it can incorporate an installation for the transformation of solar energy into electrical energy from a solar panel where the photovoltaic cells are housed and an accumulator where the energy available for autonomous operation is stored of the unit.
