Podium for swimming pools.

Complementarily the platform of this podium presents, in its lower and front, the incorporation of handgrip that podiums commonly carry.

This constitution of the podium also allows that all the podiums installed in the pool can be arranged with the platform at the same inclination default

This podium is complemented by the provision of a handle on each side that can take different positions that are chosen by the swimmer himself to get the momentum that it suits you at the time of departure.

These handles are installed in arrangement swivel and can be locked in different positions, some more high than others.

The handles have a radially appendix in solidarity with a rod parallel to the handle and that it is telescopically mounted on a tubular support fixed on the upper area of the side of the podium platform.

The aforementioned appendix selectively fits into one of the different notches provided in the mouth of the indicated tubular support, inside which means are provided elastics that hold the handle in the chosen position.

According to the drawings this podium for swimming pools comprises a platform (1) arranged on a base (2) to which it is articulated by its front part a transverse axis (3) of extreme heads, while in its the podium has means (4) to block the inclined position that is chosen for the platform (1).

These locking means, according to figures 2 a 4, comprise a graduated zipper strip (5), coupled by its upper end to the platform (1) and that by its bottom end slides vertically between guides (6) and (7) supportive of a support (8) fixed on the back of the base (2), through whose guides a pin runs transversely toothed (9) that releases and blocks the vertical sliding of the zipper plate (5), which presents in its lower end a stop (10) that limits its rise and therefore the maximum inclination of the platform (1).

The platform (1) comprises in its lower part front incorporating a handle (14) that, in this case, goes fixed at the top of the base (2), which presents in its bottom edge solidarity of a frame-plate (15) by which the podium will be fixed to the pool floor next to the edge of it.

The handles (16) radially comprise a appendix (17) that selectively engages in different notches (18) of a tubular support (19) fixed to the area upper side of the podium and specifically of the side of the platform (1).

The appendix (17) is integral with a stem (20) telescopically inserted in the tubular support (19) where it is held elastically by the spring (21) (figure 9).

The indicated means (4) of blocking the platform positions comprise, according to figure 7, a motor-reducer (22) that mechanically (gear and spindle) acts on a telescopic arm (23) that at its end upper is articulated to the platform (1), being articulated the telescopic arm base, with motor-reducer, at the bottom of the base (2) (figure 7).

The motor reducer {22) can be acted automatically or manually, presenting the part rear of the platform (1) a push button (24) acting on The motor reducer.

Podium for swimming pools according to claim 1, characterized in that on each side of the podium a handle (16) is installed in a rotating arrangement that can be locked in different positions. 5. Swimming pool podium according to claim 4, characterized in that the handles (16) radially comprise an appendix (17) that selectively engages in different notches (18) of a tubular support (19) fixed to the upper side area of the podium. 6. Swimming pool podium according to claim 5, characterized in that the appendix (17) of the handle (16) is integral with a rod (20) telescopically inserted in the tubular support (19) where it is elastically retained (21).
