Improved aiming point applicable to hunting shotguns according to claim 1, characterized in that the high luminosity fiber element (10) consists of a reflective filament, in different colors, such as white, green or red, which achieve a high uptake of light for daytime hunting, while for night hunting or at low light intensity, the fiber element (10) is a luminescent filament in yellow-greenish color.
