Abstract

The invention relates to an insole for a shoe. The inventive insole consists of a multi-layered structure comprising a lower layer (1) which is made from a resistant material with a high degree of adhesion to the shoe, an upper breathable layer (2) and an intermediary layer therebetween which takes the form of a level chamber (4) containing a quantity of water (5) and which acts as a water mattress for the feet. The aforementioned chamber (4) can comprise a single volume but is preferably divided into compartments by means of transverse (6) and longitudinal (7) walls, such as to define a series of small compartments (8) which are interconnected by means of narrow passages (9) that allow the liquid (5) to pass along the length and breadth of the insole.

Description

Template for footwear.

Object of the invention

The present invention relates to a template of those destined to stay inside any type of footwear, constituting an intermediate element between the sole of said footwear and the user's foot.

The object of the invention is to achieve a template that offers the user a high degree of comfort, which obviously it extends to footwear as a whole.

The invention falls within the scope of the template manufacturing and, consequently, in the sector industrial dedicated to the manufacture of footwear in general.

Background of the invention

As is known, the vast majority of footwear, especially shoe or boot type shoes, are equipped with a interior insole, complementary to the footwear itself, intended to be established between the sole and the foot of the user and conceived as a damping element against the major or minor sole rigidity, tending to make the foot support result more confortable.

In this regard and to obtain the Conventional templates are used soft materials and generally spongy, such as textile materials, Cork or EVA, a copolymer consisting of acetate-ethylene vinyl.

These templates, although they meet initially and in a satisfactory way the function for which they have been planned, gradually suffer a permanent deformation that makes their thickness is drastically reduced in those areas where they receive greater efforts, where they consequently lose their effect shock absorber and where it is most necessary.

Stratified templates are also known, such as the one described in utility model no. 200100360 owned by the applicant himself, specifically to base of a lower layer of a resistant material, as per example a fabric, polyethylene or other plastic capable of guaranteeing the appropriate degree of adhesion to footwear, and that can even incorporate into its structure an antibacterial product to avoid the proliferation of this type of microorganisms, a layer intermediate EVA or other microporous material, and a top layer based on skins, fabrics or other materials that confer the adequate breathability What's more, thermoformed materials constitutive of said template may be provided with memory of form, for an optimal recovery of the template when the efforts that tend to deform it.

Description of the invention

The template proposed by the invention constitutes a new evolutionary advance in this area, promoting very considerable benefits offered, especially since the comfort point of view.

To do this, more specifically and from a multilayer structure, which can be that of the utility model previously cited, the recommended template centers its features in the fact that one of its layers, preferably its intermediate layer is materialized in a chamber flattened, which contains water or a superior liquid analog density, so that this camera constitutes what could be called a "water mattress" for the user's foot where the displacement of water throughout the chamber makes that a damping effect on the foot support is achieved, with a maximum comfort, which even in practice becomes a massage effect and whose benefits remain unchanged at over time in the absence of elements that reduce temporarily its volume, since the volume of water is maintained permanently constant, just changing its situation in the sine of the flattened chamber.

From this basic structuring is feasible that said camera may be compartmentalized to limit water displacement capacity, as well as that the compartments of said chamber may or may not be communicated with each other, and in the case of being communicated through openings of greater or lesser pace, which slow down in greater or lesser measure the transfer of water from one chamber to another.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

In view of the figures outlined, especially from figure 1, it can be seen as the template for footwear that the invention proposes presents an external appearance similar to any conventional template, and a structure interior which, as seen in turn in Figure 2, is multilayer, specifically with a lower layer (1) of a material resistant, such as a fabric, polyethylene or other capable plastic to ensure the right degree of adhesion with the sole of the footwear, and a top layer (2), the one intended to come into contact with the user's foot, which can be obtained based on skin natural or synthetic fabric or any other material suitable for provide the template with due breathability, being these layers (1) and (2) duly fixed to each other by their periphery (3) by heat welding or by any other conventional means adequate, defining a compartment in whose breast it is stabilized a chamber (4), flattened, formally and dimensionally next to the contour of the template, as observed especially in figure 3, chamber (4) occupied by a mass (5) of water or other liquid of similar characteristics.

Although this description is made in based on the location of the water chamber (4) in the intermediate plane of the template, it is evident that said camera can be placed in any other plane, when the general characteristics of the Template make it advisable.

Water (5) can be substituted by any another liquid of equal or greater density, which can incorporate different types of additives, such as stabilizers of the water temperature, or for any other type of benefit.

Claims (4)

Template for footwear, of the type that are located inside the footwear to enhance the comfort of the latter in front of the user's feet, in which a multilayer structure is established with the participation of different types of materials, characterized in that one of its layers is materialized in a chamber (4), flattened, of contour close to that of the template as a whole, which houses in its womb a mass (5) of water or other liquid of similar characteristics, which determines for the template as a whole hydraulic damping effect. 2. Insole for footwear, according to claim 1, characterized in that transverse (6) and / or longitudinal partitions (7) are established within said chamber (4), which determine in said chamber compartments (8) that stabilize the liquid (5) within the template. 3. Footwear insole, according to claim 2, characterized in that when the number of compartments (8) is reduced, and these are large, such compartments (8) are waterproof, while when the number of compartments (8) is high and their dimensions are reduced, they are communicated with each other through steps (9) of reduced section, which allow the transfer of liquid from one another to such compartments (8). 4. Insole for footwear, according to previous claims, characterized in that the chamber (4) containing the liquid (5) is preferably located in the mid-plane of the insole, between a lower layer (1) of a resistant material and with a high degree of adhesion to footwear, and a top layer (2) based on a breathable material.
