Hitch system for urban solid waste containers with double body, used in underground tanks with a flip lid, characterized in that the container (6) is double body for operation in dump emptying systems with lower opening; said container (6) is structured in two semi-parts coupled by means of a lower pivot shaft (27) one of which semi-parts is the body of the container (6) on whose fully open top part, two handles are supported - bridge (3) for respective lifting and opening maneuvers, while the other half part is the lower cover (26) related to the bridge handles (23) by means of tensioners (25) guided in (24) for opening /closing. 2. Hitching system for urban solid waste containers with double body, used in underground tanks with a flip lid, according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said bridge handles (3) are articulated to the body of the container (6) for its folding towards the sides thereof, so as not to obstruct the filling of the container (6) from the mailbox (2) arranged in the flip cover (7). 3. Hitching system for urban solid waste containers with double body, used in underground tanks with hinged lid, according to claim two, characterized in that said lid (26) of said container (6) is double, with a perforated top tray or multi-perforated, through whose hole (s) the liquids resulting from the waste are evacuated to a closed bottom-box. 4. Coupling system for urban solid waste containers with double bodies, used in underground tanks with a hinged lid, according to claim 3, characterized in that said bottom-box of said lid (26) incorporates one or more ducts (29) for controlled evacuation and, where appropriate, simultaneous of the liquids it contains towards the collection vehicle, in order to keep the bottom of the underground casket-tank (3) free of liquids.
