Abstract
Mejoras introducidas en la patente de invención 200202498 por "Máquina para la fabricación de cuerpos tubulares". Partiendo de un desbobinador (1) para una pluralidad de bandas (5) a base de materias primas consistentes en fibras vegetales y/o sintéticas combinadas con polímeros fundentes, bandas destinadas a arrollarse helicoidalmente para configurar el pretendido cuerpo tubular y cilíndrico sobre un mandril (10), previo calentamiento de dichas bandas (5) hasta una temperatura que permita la adhesión y fijación por termosoldadura entre ellas, las mejoras de la invención consisten en efectuar el calentamiento de las bandas continuas (5) mediante una pluralidad de focos caloríficos (9) que actúan directa y unitariamente sobre cada una de dichas bandas, acortando el tiempo de calentamiento a expensas de un considerable incremento en la temperatura de trabajo de tales focos caloríficos, lo que permite una drástica reducción en la ocupación de espacio dado que, por ejemplo boquillas de sopladoa presión establecidas junto a cada banda continua (5) y en las proximidades del mandril (10), suponen una ocupación de espacio prácticamente despreciable frente al túnel de calentamiento previsto en la patente de invención principal.Improvements introduced in the invention patent 200202498 for "Machine for the manufacture of tubular bodies".
