Abstract

El método de fabricación de microhilos amorfos revestidos con cubierta de vidrio aislante para ser utilizados como elemento de sensores magnéticos basados en la biestabilidad magnética y en el efecto de magnetoimpedancia y como material para la protección de la radiación electromagnética objeto de esta patente permite obtener microhilos amorfos con elevadas propiedades magnéticas. La invención consiste en la creación de un sistema para fabricar microhilos, formado por un generador de alta potencia para alimentar un horno de inducción encargado de fundir la aleación metálica y un diseño de extracción de los microhilos que consiste en el enrollamiento del capilar de vidrio rellenado con la aleación metálica sobre unas bobinas. El control de las propiedades magnéticas se efectúa determinando con precisión los parámetros tecnológicos del proceso de fabricación, tanto diámetro del núcleo metálico y espesor de la capa aislante de vidrio, como el tiempo de exposición a temperatura elevada.
