A la vista de las comentadas figuras y de acuerdo con la numeración adoptada, se puede observar en las mismas una realización preferente aunque no limitativa de la invención, la cual consiste en un cuerpo (1) interior y un cuerpo (2) exterior acoplados de forma desplazable axial y giratoriamente. El cuerpo (1) interior presenta unos hombros (3) de forma discoidal cuyo perímetro exterior está prolongado axialmente en un faldón cilíndrico ranurado, conformándose una pluralidad de lengüetas (9), en tanto que el contorno interior está prolongado en un rehundido (5) cilíndrico coaxial. Dicho rehundido (5) cilíndrico presenta en su interior una espiral (4) de rosca trapecial o similar y una membrana (19) de fondo con un orificio (6) pasante centrado. Dicha membrana (19) está abombada cóncavamente y presenta en su contorno un labio o varios (20) de ajuste circundante. Las lengüetas (9) presentan en su contorno interior un nervio (18) de anclaje del cuerpo (1) interior al gollete de la botella y su extremo acodado en un resalte circundante. Los hombros (3) presentan una serie de hendiduras (8) dispuestas radialmente, existiendo en su contorno un tope (7) constituido por un nervio o resalte circundante. El cuerpo (2) exterior está constituido por un elemento discoidal cuyo contorno está prolongado por un faldón (10) cilíndrico dispuesto sobre las lengüetas (9). Dicho faldón (10) presenta en el interior de su contorno abocardado un nervio (11) de compresión aplicado directamente contra las lengüetas (9) y dispuesto entre el tope (7) superior y el resalte inferior de dichas lengüetas (9). A su vez, adyacente a dicho contorno abocardado del faldón (10) se encuentra un anillo (12) de precinto unido por una pluralidad de puentes desgarrables. El cuerpo (2) exterior presenta en el centro de su cara interior un cilindro (15) proyectado en correspondencia con el rehundido (5) del cuerpo (1) interior. Dicho cilindro (15) presenta en su contorno exterior una espiral (16) de rosca trapecial o similar conjugada con la espiral (4) de rosca del rehundido (5). En el interior del cilindro (15) se encuentra un vástago (13) central, dispuesto coaxial entre unos tabiques (17) de centrado.
