Apparatus for introducing a first liquid into a second liquid of higher viscosity, comprising a supply conduit for the liquid of higher viscosity, a delivery conduit for delivering liquid of higher viscosity to a point of use, a pair of connection conduits that extending from said supply conduit to said delivery conduit, a low capacity pump and a high capacity pump in one of the pair of said connection conductors, a t connection with its transverse conduit connecting said pumps in series and in conduit intersecting with its mouth terminating in the center and coaxially the transverse conduit and means for introducing the first liquid into said intersecting conduit.
