Abstract

Dispositivo para el arrollado de pastas alimenticias laminares. El dispositivo comprende un tambor giratorio dispuesto a una cierta altura sobre una cinta transportadora de las piezas laminares de masa alimenticia, siendo portador dicho tambor giratorio de múltiples rodillos paralelos a su eje, montados periféricamente en el tambor, siendo accionados dichos rodillos periféricos en giro en sentido inverso al del tambor y siendo susceptibles, en el giro de éste, de quedar en disposición sensiblemente tangente con respecto a la cinta transportadora, para realizar el arrollado progresivo de las piezas laminares de masa alimenticia.
