Abstract
The invention relates to an improved heat exchanger comprising plates having a hollow area (12) disposed therein. The aforementioned hollow area is provided with fixed or mobile separators (11). Tubular elements are distributed between the plates and the heat- or cold-generating fluid passes through said elements.
