Abstract

Procedimiento para la desinfección sostenida de alimentos y agua de boca, así como para el tratamiento y aprovechamiento de los purines en explotaciones intensivas porcinas e instalación para la puesta en practica del mismo. Consiste este procedimiento en la inactivación microbiológica mediante ozonización al pienso, en el camión de transporte y en el silo de la granja y del agua de boca utilizados para alimentar a los cerdos, así como, en la proyección de agua ozonizada pulverizada bajo los "slats" y en la base del foso, siendo dichos purines decantados al exterior de la nave separándose la parte sólida como combustible para calefacción o como abono y la líquida como agua de riego. La instalación presenta unos equipos ozonizadores a la salida de los dispensadores de pienso y agua de boca, así como en el foso de recogida de purines y en el depósito de agua de riego.Procedure for the sustained disinfection of food and mouth water, as well as for the treatment and use of slurries in intensive pig farms and installation for its implementation.
