Abstract

Estos métodos tienen importantes aplicaciones en medicina para la detección, seguimiento y evolución de enfermedades con repercusiones inmunológicas, especialmente SIDA.New analytical methods based on the expression of certain NK cell receptors in CD8 T cells. Such analytical methods are essentially based on the measurement of the level of expression of certain NK cell receptors in CD8 T cells by immunofluorescence techniques and flow cytometry. These methods have important applications in medicine for the detection, monitoring and evolution of diseases with immunological repercussions, especially AIDS.
