Abstract
Método inmunoenzimático cuantitativo de detección de proteínas vegetales en leche y productos lácteos, que comprende: a) depositar las proteínas vegetales sobre los pocillos de una placa de poliestireno u otro plástico que fije proteínas; b) lavar para eliminar las proteínas no fijadas; c) aplicar a cada pocillo la muestra a analizar o el patrón y un anticuerpo específico anti- proteínas vegetales; d) lavar para eliminar las proteínas y los anticuerpos que no han reaccionado; e) incubar cada pocillo con anticuerpos anti-inmunoglobulinas de conejo conjugadas con peroxidasa o fosfatasa alcalina; f) lavar para eliminar los anticuerpos marcados que no han reaccionado; g) incubar cada pocillo con un sustrato del enzima; h) medir la absorbencia de cada pocillo. Tiene aplicación porque permite determinar la presencia y cuantificar las proteínas vegetales en leche y productos lácteos.
