Abstract
Circuito protector frente a sobretensiones. En otra realización de la invención, en paralelo con el dispositivo MOV (3) se sitúa una resistencia (6) que junto con la resistencia (5) forman un divisor resistivo para que la tensión a la que está sometido el dispositivo GDT (4) en condiciones de régimen estacionario, sea menor que el "holdover voltaje" del GDT. La invención está indicada para sistemas de comunicaciones, preferentemente en aplicaciones de comunicación por la red eléctrica, ya que aumenta la eficacia de la protección al necesitar un "holdover voltaje" del dispositivo GDT (4) menor que el requerido convencionalmente.Protective circuit against surges.
