Abstract
El método de evolución temporal continua y su implementación para optimizar la respuesta en frecuencias de un microscopio de fuerzas. La microscopia de fuerzas en modos oscilantes (AFM) se ha convertido en una de las técnicas más poderosas para caracterizar superficies a escala nanométrica. Sin embargo, su empleo en medios líquidos está fuertemente condicionado por la disminución del factor de calidad (Q) de la micropalanca del AFM Esta disminución que tiene su origen en el aumento del rozamiento hidrodinámico con el fluido produce, entre otras cosas, una perdida de la sensibilidad a la topografía, un funcionamiento más lento del microscopio y la presencia de fuerzas mayores sobre la muestra. Como consecuencia de lo anterior se han desarrollado distintos modos de aumentar de forma efectiva el factor Q. Sin embargo, todos los análisis de los procedimientos anteriores se han basado en la hipótesis de una respuesta estacionaria.
