Abstract
A valve device comprising a diaphragm valve and a needle valve having the passages thereof in series with the needle valve being actuated by the diaphragm valve whereby in the closed position the circulation of fluid through the diaphragm valve and as the diaphragm valve moves from the closed position the fluid circulation is controlled mainly by the needle valve thus allowing precise control of the fluid passage.
