Abstract
The molecular identification of Fusarium oxysporum comprises contacting DNA of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceris or its pathogenic derivatives 0.5 and 6 with a reaction mixture. This gives enzymatic amplification of DNA by specific PCR via a pair of specific initiators with analysis of the amplification products.
