Abstract

Ambivalent modulated system to transform stairs into ascending descending platforms planned to end with the architectonic barriers being able to change the rungs of the stairs by a lifting platform, through a lifting mechanism that can pick up during its ascending movement the rungs that form the stairs and transform them in a ascending descending platform. The handrail that has this system is to put the gates with a 90 degrees turning doing the double function of security and closing apart from having inside the driving system. As it is a modulated system it has adaptability to the different, shapes, sizes and quantities of the rungs of any stair, this system solves the coupling problem easily. When it is not in use, it has no visual difference with the rest of the construction site stairs.
