Abstract
Equipo espesador-deshidratador de fangos procedentes de depuradoras de aguas residuales. El equipo incluye una cavidad inicial (6) de recepción de los fangos, así como un sistema de deshidratación por vacío soportado por una tela filtrante (3) de los fangos que se encuentra dispuesta a continuación de la cavidad inicial (6). También incluye unos rodillos prensores del fango soportados por la tela filtrante (3), así como un rascador (31) dispuesto al final de esa tela filtrante (3), rascador que se encarga de separar el manto de fangos de la citada tela filtrante (3). Incorpora además medios de limpieza del ramal inferior de la tela filtrante mediante un fluido (agua) que después se recircula hasta la cavidad inicial (6) para su reutilización. El equipo se ha diseñado especialmente para tratar caudales de hasta 3 m{sup,3}/hora, de manera que tal equipo es posible comercializarse a precios muy inferiores a otros equipos convencionales, máxime si se tiene en cuenta la no necesidad de espesamiento previo de los fangos.Thickener-sludge dewatering equipment from sewage treatment plants. It also incorporates cleaning means of the lower branch of the filter cloth by means of a fluid (water) that is then recirculated to the initial cavity (6) for reuse. The equipment has been specially designed to treat flow rates of up to 3 m {sup, 3} / hour, so that such equipment can be marketed at much lower prices than other conventional equipment, especially if the need for prior thickening is not taken into account of the sludge.
